    They restricted my account for no reason whatsoever. They are not answering their customer service e-mails and they do not have a phone number, I have money in this account that they will not let me withdraw. I've been using this account for a long time and there is no reason for this.

    The balance on my account is $230.68, and I submitted the documents necessary to verify my account; however, when I try to request a withdrawal; a pop up appears that tell me additional verification is needed. I contacted them regarding this, and they claimed they were in the process of doing this, but it has been over 48 hours since I last heard from them, and nothing has changed.

    On April 1st 2025 I made a deposit or $5 and immediately after they blocked my account and refused to respond via phone call or email when I try to contact support they give me no answers on why my account was blocked or how to fix it.

    I deposited $10 on 3/25/2025 to my account with Thrillz using their promotion for March Madness. I feel this is predatory and that I have been scammed. After verifying my identity with my ID as requested, my account was immediately blocked without explanation when I attempted to place bets. I have been unable to access my funds or my account since 3/25/****** have made multiple attempts to contact customer service:Submitted messages through their contact form on 3/25/2025 but received only an error message stating: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."Called their customer service line at ************** on 3/25/2025 but was unable to reach a representative as it just went straight to voicemail.I am requesting access to my account be restored . I have all relevant documentation of my transactions and identity verification available upon request.

    Thrillzz refuses to allow me to withdraw my recent winnings even though it has verified my identity and allowed me to withdraw winnings in the past. It has refused to allow me to withdraw my $50.03 in winnings for days, claiming that it is performing some quick checks before my funds can be redeemed. It's been over 48 hours and I have reached out to support without a response regarding the manner.

    Their system took in a bet of -1.5 on ****** when the other team ************** was -5.5 at the time the bet was processed. They refused to void this error because its a loss for me for $1,000 but if it was a loss for them on a error they will void it. They voided my bets when I won on a error and taken my money from my account during *** season. But they cant refund this error? The money was taken and put into the bet 13 minutes later. This isnt fair because ****** would have been +5.5 at the time the bet was processed. The refuse to refund me this error. Im going to report them to the gambling commission u til this is fixed

    The Line was ****** -1.5 when I placed the pic but the site locked in the wager when the line was ****** +5.5 14 minutes LATER. This company is a scam do not use this company. Now they are not letting me withdrawal my money and I am going to war with them over this. Im going to be opening a new complaint every day until they resolve this issue. I suggest other users do the same. Im also going to be telling all my friends and family to 1 star their app. They Al like treating their customers bad so they are getting the same treatment

    They refuse To refund my original payment method. I dont want credit I want my money back that was STOLEN from me. When there was error in their lines and I won they took the MONEY back.     I Was depositing and withdrawing without and ID they randomly implemented this requirement after I deposited. How about requiring an ID BEFORE I DEPOSIT? As long as they get their money its ok.     Hi so initially I signed up to thrillz because I saw they had a good bonus so I downloaded the app and verified my account, then I deposited some money and placed some bets. Only I was instantly logged out and blocked from my account after placing a few bets. Their customer service number is not working, they have no email for support, this app seems to be a scam and Im warning others to steer clear from these scammers.
