I deposited $40 ($30 and then $10) into the app and was able place 4 different bets and walked away with $98 to withdraw. In the past withdraws have been INSTANT but now my withdraws must be additionally reviewed? My account has been verified for monthsI dont believe this is right as im not withdrawing an insane amount of money.. only $98. Makes me feel like they want me to continue betting in order to possibly lose out on withdrawing. I had received the message prior and decided to give them the time and still after awhile no response. Love using this app but this could cause major issues for a lot of people.Business Response

I purchased 1000$ worth of sweepstakes coins and i cannot place a single bet with them. Ive tried moneylines, parlays, underdogs, favorites etc. no matter what i get the same error of "wager exceeds system limitations" i have placed only 1 single random bet previously to test the site out and withdrew it no problem yet after i load up 1000$ now i cant place anything and support ignored multiple requests over multiple days when i reached out to either get this "limit" removed so i can use my sweepscoins or a refund of my money i spent as i have 1000 unusable sweepscoins sitting in my account.Business Response

On January 7th, 2025. I, ******* *********, was attempting to redeem $400 but was halted by a message stating I was under a redemption review. Im already ID Verified and have deposited with my debit card on multiple occasions. This is my first attempt at any sort of redemption, and continue to wait for my redemption to finally be approved. Hello there,
This user has reached out to us once, asking how to redeem their prize tickets, and we replied telling them how. They have not followed up since, nor have they attempted a redemption according to our system.
They currently have a balance of 60 free sweeps. When a user wins picks using Sweeps, their winnings are converted into prize tickets. To redeem these prize tickets for cash prizes, they'll need a minimum of ************************************************************************ the top left corner, then selecting the menu button and choosing "Redeem Prize Tickets".

I have been able to withdraw in the past, however today when I have not been able to withdraw my tickets. The app states that I need a redeem verification before funds can be withdrawn even though the app also states I have already been verified. This app is predatory and a scam, their contact us form on their website does not work whenever I submit a message and their phone line is always busy. They took $25 from me and immediately locked me out of the app saying I was blocked the moment I started placing bets with it, without a refund or no way of actually contacting them.Business Response
