      I signed up for services for our lawn. Upon reviewing camera's to my back yard and a conversation with a Tech on 08/30/22. I was told that our account was set up incorrectly and only half of our lawn was treated. I inquired about this with the branch manager and stated that I was going to cancel my services. He expressed wanting to let his company come and finish the services. I advised that I would need to speak to my husband and see. After speaking to my husband, we agreed to let them finish the back, but made it clear that we would be done using there services and not sure what would happen for next year. Nothing was offered, or discount in prices as the notes states at TruGreen. On 09/08/22 they came back to service the remaining lawn. I expressed my disappointment and why it was only treating the back yard. Nothing was stated other than his work order only had the back yard listed, which it probably how it has been the whole time. The camera shows no one in the back yard on another visit. Also on 09/08/22, the gate which was left open, our dog got out and took over an hour to find him. I called to complain, yet again, and was called back my ******************* (GM?) He apologized and explained that everyone is trained and it shouldn't of happened. Again, I told him that I was unhappy and not wanting to continue services. I called customer service to cancel the services too and was told they couldn't and the only thing to be done was a flag on my account. After no resolution again, I filed a complaint with my credit card company in hopes to get someone to respond. My credit card did and my dispute was resolved in my favor, but TruGreen is now calling and harassing me for money. I called Corporate after tracking down the number myself to be told that the only person that can clear a balance is the *** Where my credit card company tells me I shouldn't be charged at all since the dispute was in my favor. I am asking for my account to be cancelled and refunded for the issues

      That is correct. I was contacted and the balance of $548.00 that was currently on the account was credited and I was advised my account would be inactive/closed leaving a current $0 balance. I advised ************************* that there was two other pending disputes with the credit card company. One was for $650.25 and another for $102.79 for an additional total of $753.04. I spoke to ***************************, yesterday with TruGreen and advised her of this. She stated she would look in to those as well. I am requesting that the additional 2 chargebacks that have not been approved yet, be approved resulting in a $0 balance on account. If that is done, I will agree with the settlement decision.

      Called TruGreen in August 2022 about lawn maintenance and my 1st application was set up for 8/8/22. Was done by a tech who either used the wrong fertilizer or combined more than one or just used too much in some areas. About 2-3 weeks later I contacted TruGreen about my grass dying out in certain areas and yellowing out in other spots. Needed someone to come out and take a look and was told a supervisor would call me back which never happened. Left several messages with customer support who states they escalated this and I would get a call shortly. Reached out to *** (sales in ************) stating he would get someone out to take a look at it and someone did, later to find out his name was *** and he was a supervisor. *** would advise me that they were sorry that this happened and promised we will make this right and will take care of you. After not hearing anything back I again contacted customer support and was told a supervisor would call back but never did so I again contacted *** who said that Supervisor *** would call back but again said we will take care of you. In the mean time another fertilization was scheduled for 9/15 which I thought would be fixing my yard but the tech who showed up only fertilized my front yard and not the back yard. So I called *** back and advised him who again apologized and would have a supervisor call me. Supervisor *** did finally call back and stated he was the one out here originally and had checked on my lawn damage and would contact the tech and get this taken care of. He stated he would send out a tech to use a starter fertilizer before a re seeding and I expressed that a lawn aeration and overseeding in the areas that the lawn is now dead would not help as it now needed topsoil and reseeded. I don't think the tech on 9/21 used a starter fertilizer and my lawn is still dead and when I called Zak back on 10/3 he said Supervisor *** will call back in 1/2 hr and no one has. Wish I had read reviews before calling TruGreen.

      Payment Reference -03/29/2022 $52.15 04/01/2022 $247.70 In June of this year 2022 we had the local representative ************** out to our residence to look at what had happened to our lawn. We hired TrueGreen to maintain our property. ***** reviewed the damage and told my wife he'd have someone out to replace the sod in the damaged areas. That was back in June and they have not done anything since except to spray it twice. Once in these two dates 07/21/2022 and 09/21/2022. They say they guarantee their service, but they now tell us a number of excuses as to why it hasn't been repaired. I just want to warn other home owners not to trust this service and their so called "guarantee". They took our money and have made very little effort even after numerous phone calls ... Be Ware!

      I provided pre-payment and paid full for both lawn services and tree/shrub services for the 2022 calendar year in June and July respectively. I am now being told by TruGreen that I was "told the incorrect amount" and despite paying in full for all services almost 6 months ago, they are refusing to perform services previously paid for and agreed upon, as well as asking for addition money. I have also challenged the charges with my credit card company and filed a complaint with my state attorney generals office (********). If you need any further information please let me know.       In review of the customers active account, TruGreen corporate customer care has called the customer numerous times leaving voicemails with a return phone number and has emailed the customer several times. After reviewing the customers account, I see that the customers account was not prepaid in July. He paid his collection bills to bring his account current. In November he received a credit in the amount of $36.64. When he paid in July, he paid $55.25 more on the first collections invoice which gave him an extra LAWN service.  To date the customer has two outstanding invoices both for his tree and shrub service for 7/19/22 and 8/2322 in the amount of $83.37 each totaling $166.74.

      I have attached e-mail confirmation of payment on June 23, **** and July 13, 2022, which the customer service representative in her latest communication has claimed I have not paid. I have also attached screen shots of my online account with TruGreen indicating "Pre Paid" and $0 due with 2 services remaining for the 2022 season which as of this time have not been performed, with the company claiming the account to be past due. There is an additional screen shot indicating the tree and shrub service is has a total of $166.74 due despite the aforementioned prepayment and e-mail confirmation of payment which is attached.

      Trugreen has a cancellation policy stated on the BACK of their bill hidden from site. I called after 1 app was applied to cancel and they aerated AND applied an app to a house that was SOLD!! It had a for sale sign in the YARD!!! The tech that came out said his printer was out of paper when I confronted him the first time!!! ************************** due is now ****** on a house I dont own.

      TruGreen provided my weed control and fertilizer lawn service. 3 years ago I planted fescue, I called and told them I was seeding fescue. A few weeks after it came up they came and sprayed and killed it all. I notified them again the next fall I was going to seed ******, they said they wouldn't come out and spray for a couple of months. 3 weeks later they showed up, sprayed and killed the lawn. Last year I tried to cancel my service, they made all kinds of promises including g sending someone out to assess and converse with me. They would absolutely not let me talk to the area manager. I had to make no less than 25 phone calls and repeat my story everytime. I was getting a classic runaround and it became very obvious it was set up intentionally to frustrate people into giving up. I tech did show up, admitted it was their fault, said that the ones making these promises don't communicate with the techs and that they were certainly responsible for killing my grass. I asked for them to seed my lawn and rebuild it since I had essentially been paying them to kill it for 2 years. After a ton of phone calls I was able to get in touch with the area manager. By the time of the year that we communicated it was too late in the spring to put fescue down but he insisted on it anyway saying it should be fine. It died with the summer heat because it was planted too late. He also said he would email me his direct contact info. Never happened, totally lied to me about it. I canceled service again, they called last week yo let me know they were coming out, I called back and reiterated my cancelation, they called back again, to see if they coukd keep robbing me. I informed them that any TruGreen employee on my property would be criminally tresspassed. I have never dealt with a more poorly run and immoral company in my life. I have never treated this poorly ever by a company and feel I was deliberately mislead in an effort to get my money.

      I am rejecting this response because: there is no resolution that can resolve this dispute. TruGreen actually called me to tell me they won't call me anymore. I've requested no contact multiple times and they keep contacting me. They are not concerned with providing decent customer service only concerned with making these complaints move to the "resolved" list to promote the false appearance of being decent. I couldn't get call backs when my account was active, couldn't get anybody to help me but the second you try to close your account you can't keep these people from calling. Terrible company.

      On September 9, 2022 TruGreen performed service on my lawn. I received a bill for $147.47 about a week later. The technician over treated my lawn and ripped up grass in several spot due to turning the machine too hard and quick, resulting in killing over 50% of my grass. I have never agreed to or signed up for service with this company. I have called them 4 times now, trying to resolve this. With each call, "they seem to have now records of the call before". Each time they tell me that a manager will contact me to arrange a time to come out, yet nothing happens, no call, no visit. I have before and after pictures, along with several neighbors that will "testify" to the difference in before and after service. I have had to unexpectedly invest $500 into my front yard alone to try to correct the issue. I have receipts to prove this. I have to do my side and back yard which I anticipate will be about double that cost due to those two areas being bigger than the front. I have been patient with them so far, I realize mistakes happen. With them not even being willing to try to resolve this, I have to take others actions.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** and over the last few years, I have noticed a decrease in the service with our lawn treatment. I have had months that have gone by and no service performed. I have also noticed service technicians who have lied about treating our property and my lawn has turned brown due to a lack of fertilizer. I have made numerous calls to corporate over the last two years regarding these issues. Last week, I had my lawn aerated and seeded, to my surprise an unscheduled visit popped up stating I would receive service. I noticed on my camera the Technician pull up and only spray the front and didn't open the date to complete our property. He then threw signs and lied in the system that he treated my property. He never had any noted regarding the gate, furthermore, any techs know that we leave the gate unlocked on the driveway - It's in our notes. ***************************** was at my neighbor's ***** home and I called him to ask why he lied. ***************************** used profanity and called me a "fu$%ing idiot" because I saw that he lied about servicing my account. I told him I have camera's around my property. He is outside my property threatening me because I taped the incident with him using profanity at me. ************** has demanded the video back, I will not delete the tape. I will not be in fear of this individual coming to my home and harassing my family because he did not perform his job. If he remains in front of my house any longer, I will call the police. The incident will be on all social media following this incident. You can check his GPS and see that he is still outside of our property. He has since left the premises and I do not wish to have this type of behavior accepted by TruGreen. He even told me that I would be terminated from service. I would like to not be in fear with this individual who knows our address and remains employed with TruGreen.       First spray for mosquitoes, the employees didnt want to use the fogger to spray the grass and trees like requested, stated the chemicals leak out onto his back and wanted to not perform the service. The second service Im not sure he did anything at all was here for 5 mins the truck never turned off, I do not believe he sprayed my 3 acres Im five minutes, and left. I signed up to have my yard fogged each month its been a headache called to complain ended up canceling they informed me they would still be sending a bill for today. Unreal and unprofessional on all parts from tech to call center. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

      I never signed up for services in 2022 but true green kept performing services, Last year my grass got severely damaged this year as well. I received multiple invoices from them and even spoke to cusstomper service. They were supposed to have a manager reach out to me and were gonna honor their happiness guarantee. A manager never reached out to me about the serviced rendered and why my lawn was the worst looking on the block
