      I pre-paid $718.30 on April 14, 2025 for annual treatments. I didn't have my first treatment done until April 25, 2025. **** showed up and I walked him around and told him what needed to be treated. My wife and I were home and working outside so you would have thought he would have done everything that he was supposed to do but he was here for all of 10 minutes and didn't treat half of the property and what he did do was not done correctly. He pulled this long hose from the truck and sprayed as he walked very quickly and missed parts of the yard as he was going along. The hose ran out and instead of moving his truck and ***ositioning he reeled the hose back up and just left. I only knew he left because I received an email saying that the treatment had been fully completed. I was shocked and called to complain about the **** poor service I received. I can't imagine what or if anything would have been done if I wasn't home. I contacted my sales *** and called customer service and advised that I wanted to cancel my service and that I wanted a full refund. I found out today that they're only refunding $659.42. They owe me another $58.88.

      TruGreen left Mr. ***** a message sent an email apologizing for his experience. It is never TruGreen's intention for someone to be charged for a service that was not properly and fully performed. TruGreen has credited the application in question, so Mr. ***** receives the remaining $58.88 of his prepayment refunded to him. Mr. ***** has been advised that the refund will go back to his card within 5-7 business days. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      In the early spring of 2024 we hired TruGreen of Columbia ******** for full service lawn care. At the end of fall we were supposed to have a weed less thick green lawn. We hired them for ***** sq feet at a price between $900-$1,000. The process would include weed elimination, fertilizer and aeration with over seeding in the fall. The service provided was pitiful. Every time they were out with weed spray, a week later the weeds were prolific and I called and they came back and did it again. Im not sure how many of the trips out here were for weeds. They alternate between weeds and fertilizer. They never did eliminate our weeds. If there is an option to attach photos below I have several photos of what came up this spring. Back to last year. When the guy came out to aerate the ground and then spread seed he had a ride on machine and a walk behind machine. This happened to be the laziest worker of all the workers who were out. We have a dog fenced area rather large possibly 600 sq feet that is in the contracted area and the gate is not wide enough for the ride on machine. This guy never unloaded his walk behind which is what would have fit the gate. I called and that had to be redone. Next I went and purchased 3 timers for water each having 4 hose hook **** And I bought 10 hoses and 10 sprinklers. This stuff to water the new seeding cost a little over $300. The only seeds that germinated were the ones that fell into a aeration hole. None of the ground seeds germinated. On top of all that a portion of the lawn that was in the contract was pretty bare and a little bit of a slope. The guy didnt run his riding machine up there either. Last fall I was promised a full redo for aeration and over seeding spring of 2025. I have been on the phone 5-6 times and today I learned that I will not be able to utilize my warranty because someone closed my account which also means I dont get spring over seeding. What I told them Im not paying for it so they closed me out

      I am not customer of this company nor have I ever used the services but for the past six months, I keep getting spam and weird emails from this company. I had to report them to the ************************ Next, I will report to the local police for stalking.

      i received a welcome letter which has a different amount than what my credit card was charged. i have made 3 calls to trugreen and no one can tell me why there is a discrepancy or what the credit card charge is made up of. Also, they cannot get my name right. They keep spelling my name '***** Dixxi' but my name is '**** *****'.Thank you

      TruGreen called and left a voicemail for Ms. ***** on 5/12/25 as well as sent an email. TruGreen apologized for issues surrounding Ms. ******* unresolved billing concerns. In order to get the best results, it is important to apply the right products at the right time. For this reason, our programs continue from year to year without any action on the customer's part unless the customer requests to cancel. It is never the intent of TruGreen to expect a customer to pay for an unexpected service. As a good faith gesture, on 4/21/25 TruGreen credited the disputed services that were completed on 3/20/25 and 4/18/25. The account has been canceled as requested and has a zero balance. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I have initially contacted this company on March 27th regarding the service on March 25th via customer service line and text via the local contact ( *****) regarding property damage to my newly installed copper lights. The employee of Tru green has negligently sprayed the pathway lights on my home. Thereby leaving a film on my copper lights that cannot be wiped away. When I have asked the company to access the damage, they have not even come to see the damages on the lights. I have been outright ignored despite having paid all bill on time and in full. I have asked to repair or replace the lighting they have yet do so and on multiple occasions have stated that they will "call me back with updates". These answers have been provided by ***** and the customer service line. I was initially told that the company could file a claim with their insurance. They have yet to do so. I have also given the company the serial and model number of lighting and they have yet to access damages or offer any version of replacement. The company has offered me a credit to my account, however after this experience I do not want to stay with this company. It is uncertain if they have conveniently dropped me as a customer because there has been no service to my lawn on my otherwise regularly serviced lawn for several weeks since this dispute. This unfair practice of clear property damage on the part of their company without any action. On 05/05 I have spoken to Rhoni on the customer service line as a 14th attempt, over the course of the 5 weeks, to get in touch with someone who will help rectify this situation. As a consumer, my property has been damaged by their employee and I have called several times including emailing on their website. There is no other recourse I have except to report this company. I am sorely disappointed at the way that I have been treated and do intent to make it known that this company will damage property and offer no resolution.

      We've had Trugreen on and off for a few years. Last year we signed up for the pro lawn care and, while they made visits, the weeds (dandelions and creeping *******) have not improved. They showed up for our last treatment on 5/1 and we specifically asked them to treat for dandelions. He agreed and, I assume, performed the service. Two days later the dandelions are blooming and healthy as can be. Not even wilting. I contacted customer service on 5/5 to cancel our service and ask for a bill adjustment of the outstanding balance. While ****** was very helpful in cancelling the service, she stated that the product was applied and I have to pay. I don't believe the product was applied and I would like the bill adjusted to reflect it.

      TruGreen reached out to the customer via phone and email apologizing that they did not see desired results from the service. TruGreen offers free reservices between applications if the weeds do not decline or if the customer does not see desired results. Our records indicate that the customer declined a reservice and requested to cancel the service. TruGreen has agreed to waive the $104.13 balance from the 5/1/25 application and advised the customer to disregard any statement/invoice that they may have.

      Despite years of lawn care, the condition of my lawn has seriously deteriorated. I have left messages multiple times and been advised that a "manager" would contact me. No one has reached out to resolve this issue.

The local manager agreed to ****** and treat for mole crickets at no charge. The local manager also returned to apply black kow soil to the thin areas after the aeration was completed. Ms. ***** has advised that the lawn has shown improvement and all actions have been completed.

      On or about May-June 2024 we asked for Trugreen ************ to come and spray for weeds and stickers. By the end of Aug. our Lawn was dead and there were stickers all over the place. We fell behind with payments to them. On Sept 25 I paid the account off and told them to not return and that there services were useless to us. On Sept 26th I seen one of there guys from the Trugreen #**** from **********. leaving our parking lot. Then a few months later they sent us a bill. I spoke with the same lady from there office and told her that she was told for them to not come back. I repeatedly received emails saying our account was past due. They threatened to turn us over to collection. I spoke with the same lady again and told her I was not paying the bill because they were told not to come back. Fast forward to 5/5/2025 we were turned over to collection so I paid the $387.00 they claimed we still owed them for the service they came and did the day after they were told not to come back. I paid because there was obviously no resolution in speaking to them over the phone and because we don't need collections on our records. I told her there communication issues from within there company shouldn't be at our expense. I do have proof of email communications from the last collections threat. I tried calling there phone and did not get an answer so sent an email instead. I did request for a cancellation number and also requested a cancellation on Sept. 25, *************************************************************** the email on February 27th, 2025 and never received one.

      TruGreen has no record of the customer's ******************************* of services. TruGreen offers the healthy lawn guarantee that we will come back out at no charge in between the billable services. TruGreen requires 30 days cancellation in which we have no record of receiving. Our records reflect that on 2/24/25 we spoke with ****** ****** and advised that the account would be turned over to our third-party collection agency. ****** ****** agreed to make the payment prior to 2/27/25. TruGreen did not receive the committed payment by 2/27/25. TruGreen referred this matter over to our third-party collection on 3/1/25. As a good faith gesture TruGreen will be happy to refund half of the payment received on 5/8/25.TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      TruGreen has attached a copy of the signed contract from ****** ****** dated 5/1/24. As per our terms and conditions, the term was for 1 year from the signed date.The acceptable reasons for early termination are outlined in section 5. Our records indicate that ****** ****** never provided an applicable reason. As a good faith gesture TruGreen is still willing to offer $197.50 refund for services rendered on 10/1/24(vegetation treatment) and 10/8/24 (weed and feed).TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I dont need a phone call. I dont need you to send me emails apologizing if you honestly truly wanna make it right then fix the problems I have your GS season for full service shrubs, grass weeds. I prepaid for everything and we have promised the entire year and at the end of the season, yousaid that it was getting too late and you werent gonna do anything else And God knows none of ones has reached out to me to make it right this season. My yard was in good shape when you took over was no significant problems maybe a few weeds. Now I still have bare spots left over from last year because you never over seated the entire lawn You came and did part of it, but you did not do it all I have camera cameras you didnt write the entire lawn. I have cameras and I your employee last year so its not like the local office isnt aware and I show proof it. You didnt do the entire lawn. Ive got at least three hydrangea bushes that are completely dead. That were small but thriving just fine in the back, Ive got five or sixornamental grasses that seem to be completely dead that last year were doing just fine until you started your treatment and now everythings dead this year Youre the only person that did anything like I said you dont have to call me. You dont have to text me if you wanna make this just come out and fix the problems in my yard replace the plants that you clearly killed. I want all three hydrangea plants replaced and like I saidI had I cant remember theres five or six arm grasses in the back that were quite large and very pretty Just completely dead this year. Im very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

      We used the lawn services of TruGreen in the summer of 2024. We were highly dissatisfied with their service, and had to call them several times to come back and deal with our weeds ( that they ***orted spraying regularly). We decided to not renew for this summer (2025). We called in Feb/Mar of this year and cancelled. The cancellation number is NSC340227. Our initial verbal request to cancel was verbally acknowledge and not put through. On our second attempt, it was cancelled. Since then ( we are now in May 2025) this company has ***eatedly called us several times, and each time we have asked them to stop calling us. They did not listen and continued to contact us via telephone. On one of the last calls a few weeks ago the *** said they would note for us to no longer be contacted. Today, we received a call again. They are also sending mail on a biweekly basis. At this point, the company is not respecting our request for no further contact and we view their contact to be harassing at this point. We want them to stop contacting us in every form.

      This customer is serviced out of our ****** location. We reached out to the branch on 5/5/25. We were advised although account was canceled as requested however it was not added to our internal Do Not Contact file. Our TruGreen Canada location took the appropriate steps to ensure this was added immediately. It could take up to 30 days to purge the files. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.
