      If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would!It's sad that after being a loyal customer for 5 years, I have to write this review. I have spent the past 3 months trying to get someone (ANYone) from the ***** ***************** to call me and to come to our home to help me figure out what is happening with our grass. I literally, called and spoke to the national customer service line (they don't give out a ***** number) 6 times over the past 90 days.On every call they ensured me they would pass a message on to the ***** office and that a manager or supervisor would call and set up a site visit. After 4 attempts I give up.My grass was beautiful until this season and I have no idea what they did. Clearly put down the wrong chemicals or over-treated. Look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. Dead spots; dying spots; areas where even the chemical is tracked through the lawn and killing other areas...The sad part is I was so willing to meet with someone. I just wanted someone to come to our house and simply walk the yard with me to figure out what we need to do. Anything to try to save our lawn that we spend some much time and money on.I finally got the attention of the attendant that showed up one day to treat our yard. he was new. First visit ever to our house so he had NO knowledge. But he was able to at least give me the names of the ***** office supervisors. I called and left messages with all three. Left a message for ****** - not a single call or return message. I left a message for ***** Nope, no return calls or attempts. I even called ***** the ***** manager), Left 2 different messages, but again, no return or attempted call backs. That was 3 weeks ago. Nothing. So, after giving them plenty of time to to call back or to set up a visit. I'm done.I'm cancelling their services and encourage EVERYONE that is considering the TruGreen Lewisville branch to stay away! Far away!

      The worse company ever. No customer service at all. I signed up for mosquito service. I pre-paid for the whole season as they guaranteed mosquito control. Yes no mosquito for 2 days. Then came back with a vengeance. 1 week later I called for a re-service. I was told they will be in 3 day. 1 week later Noone showed up. Another week pass I called again on July 2nd as I am hosting a 4th of July (the very reason why I hired them!). I was told they cannot send anybody as they have no appointment avaible before the 4th. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager. Was told they are not allowed or able to connect me to a manager. I was told that a manager will have to call me back in 24-48hrs. It is now July 13. No re-service and certainly no call back from a manager. I want a service that I was promised or give me my money back!!!

      Thieves. We are a long standing customer and prepay every year for services for the year in full (to save a few bucks). I will never again do that with any company. We were home at the time and knew we had a service scheduled that day. I got a text that a.m. while me and my husband were both home, saying the tech had arrived (he did not), and then one minute later, a text came over that the treatment was complete (he still wasn't there). About 4 minutes after the texts, we watch the truck pull up to the house, he walked out of the truck, put the little yellow sign in the corner of the year, walked to the door and put a printout of our service in the door, he got back in the truck and drove away. Reaching out to the company has proven useless, and the first person i talked to could have cared less, scheduled a "re-do" of the service, but clearly didn't communicate to anyone what had happened. When the SAME tech came back out, he thought he was just doing an evaluation, and performed no services. After watching this play out on our door ****** called the company back again. I was in touch with a more sympathetic and apologetic customer service ************** the trust is gone, the damage is done. We have been using them for years and I cringe to think how many times this actually happened.

      Do Not Use TruGreen!!! Do Not Use TruGreen!!!!They are TERRIBLE!!!!We request a full refund of what we paid this company who was supposed to make our lawn look beautiful. It looks disgusting!!! We have ***** burnt marks, and our Arborvitae Trees are all burnt on the bottom because of their sloppy workmanship. We have tried to get this resolved with them and have been given the runaround. So unprofessional, and we are so disappointed. This should not have happened. We paid to get our lawn looking terrible. It's crazy, and it's unfair. We paid to have our lawn look good, NOT bad. We are still waiting for their supervisor ******************* to get back to us. We have been waiting and have still not heard from him. Frustrating and disappointed are what we feel about TruGreen. This company should make their customers happy and not make to feel like we do. I hope that BBB can help us with this.This company deserves zero stars!!!!

      I will keep it simple they burned out my lawn over a month ago with a product that was never requested to be put down.I have made multiple calls over the last month and sent them pictures of the damage with a guarantee that someone would call me back and I continue to wait for that call. I have been the one who has been responsible to seed and water the damaged that they created. The customer service is horrible and the supervisor will never get on the phone to resolve the issue! HORRIBLE SERVICE !! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!
