      I called to get lawn service was a monthly rate of 66 dollars and some change per month my first month was going to be charged half of that so I authorize them to come out they did come out did the first spray the lawn technician was great then I receive a **** charging my credit card $101.92 it is not what was agreed-upon nor was ever discussed I did stop payment with my bank filed a dispute and will be firing this lawn service and will be broadcasting this to our community webpages as well

      I began using TruGreen in the Spring of 2021. I was fairly pleased with their service for the first 6 months. As recently as May of 2022, the lawn looked OK. When I called the company to inform them that I observed one of their technicians not covering my entire lawn with the most recent application the company sent another technician out to apply a free service to my lawn. About one week after that free service approximately 80% of my lawn was dead. I then cancelled the service. Since that time I've had no less than 3 company reps call me and tell me that they understood my concern. They also indicated that a supervisor would be out in 1 to 2 days to observe my lawn. I even told them I would consider resigning with them if they could give me a proper resolution. NO ONE ever came! The last company rep who called me was the most infuriating person I have ever spoken with in my life and I'm 66 years old. All she kept trying to do was place the blame back on us. To whomever will listen...please, please, please, do not use TruGreen as your lawn service!!!

      I have lived here for a month transferred service to this address every time they don't show or if they do its pouring down rain and you can't spray in the rain waste of your money. I'm tired of waiting gotta put up horses and dogs even cut the grass but once again no show.

      The only reason they are receiving even one star is because I do not have the option of leaving no stars. We started using TruGreen in the fall of 2021. Their application for ants did not work so my husband contacted them and they did return but it was late in the year so that application did not help either. This spring my husband decided to try again and also have them do the fertilizer application as well as grub and ant. They came late to apply the grub and we already had grubs. When we asked for a reaplication, they did that but then charged us. They refused to refund our money for this because they stated that it is to prevent grubs and since "it was recorded that you already had grubs" they would not refund the money. My husband attempted to rectify the situation numerous times because they should have done the first application earlier than they did. The first application for the ants also did not work and when we reviewed their paperwork, the product they put on was not a the recommended dose that was on the product. It was also extremely diluted. They came back and applied "where needed" according to them which was only the perimeter of the home and there wasn't an issue in this area. They again extremely diluted the product. They attempted to charge our credit card for this even though it was supposed to be free as the first application did not work (similar to the grub). Luckily the charge did not go through. After numerous phone calls and time, they have stated that they will not charge us for the ant application (but we just received a **** for it today) but they will not refund the grub application. When they did the second grub application, they also did the weed and feed application without notifying us and charged us for that as well. It should be noted that it was early for this application and they had just contacted my husband a couple days before to inform him that our card on file was about to expire. Please beware for so many reasons!!

      ******* #1 **** care company does not have poor customer service and incompetent employees that just apply products/chemicals to maintain landscape without knowing what grass type, soil, or customer needs. I hired ********************** to maintain my lawn because I work 55 hrs a week and I have no time to do it, instead they applied some chemical maybe MANOR (METSULFURON METHYL) EPA# ******* that killed all my Bahia grass from and back yard that Ive grown to love so much. They offered to reseed but I would rather have all my money back and have no contact.

      This is the absolute worst company I have ever seen! Our grass died in the backyard and despite their guarantee, they did nothing to rectify it.What is worse is that we have their pest service which we have been paying for for years. I got stung by 2 wasps 3 days ago as soon as I walked into my backyard. I called true green and they upgraded my service and they assured they'd send some one out immediately. They did take the money and sent no one. Three days later I got stung again. I called and spoke with 3 people and now they will not send anyone out for 5 additional days!Had their pest service worked to begin with I would not have gotten stung. They are quick to take your money and offer nothing!!!!

      Don't give them your information. I've been harassed every two hours by this worthless company for no reason and asked them to stop calling and they keep calling. I can't block numbers because they have different people calling me every two hours and I honestly think I have grounds to *** for harassment and will be looking into that shortly. Don't give these desperate low life sucking phone jockies your business.

      The weeds were still horrible after they sprayed. We even waited the 2 weeks we were told to but they still didnt die. We called for another application. We had to leave various messages and managers wouldnt get back with us. Finally after a week of trying to contact someone in charge, they said they would spray again free of charge. The next day we were charged $135 from our bank account. We Called and they refused to refund the money unless we agreed to future applications. We are done with this company. Such bad business.

      TruGreen has officially killed my lawn . First two applications to control crabgrass went fine , then came application #3, and the lawn developed ***** patches almost immediately to now well over 75% is ***** and dead. Prior to 7/6 my lawn had green grass growing , well kept , and now my lawn is a ***** ***** eyesore . So ****** I actually thought I could trust a nationwide company that's had years of experience not to kill my lawn yet here I am . I could have saved myself the money I paid and killed the lawn myself for much cheaper I'm sure . **************** and communication to and from TruGreen is awful . At this point I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me about reseeding the lawn - which I'm sure will be a futile effort . Stay away from TruGreen.

TruGreen branch sr. service manager *********************** agreed to a free aeration/overseed to be completed late sept. 

      Corporate care  has also issued a refund in the amount of $187.01 back to customers card.

      Sorry, I've used your service in the past n had better results but towards the end were worst. So w the deals that were offered last year I thought to try again hoping it's improved. Not at all, pictures listed on other review, I purchased ****************** ************* which was an extra charge, ************ which was another uncharted. Only to have my grass well shall I say weeds grow like wild fire n uncontrollable. Insects from water bottles, spiders, ants, *****, to crickets. Grubs. Flies, net, everything you can image n more. Weeds choking out roses n over growing, cut it down n poof! It has taken over again. Terrorizing n tormenting my *************** For the amount of money paid for these services you would do better. Several times I've caught workers come sit in the truck n leave. Another just do the ************ but not the back. Contacted for a supervisor to come out n see my yard, never recvd a call. Got a call advising let's get the account taken care of?! No one came out view the yard. I shouldn't have to cut my yard 3x a wk to maintain the over growth. Sad, disappointed, n upset. I really hate spending my hard earned on half n least quality service. ?? I will admitted due to becoming ill n on nonpayment status last 2 payments were not paid. However, w the situation I felt there was no need. Even after calling advising some issues. Charges for services which should be included w each other, ***************** should cover *************. ************** should cover insects, etc. Constant *********** I did monthly
