I went for my Senior Portraits and had Katie as my photographer, she was amazing. I love how she pays close attention to detail. Loved how my pictures came out!!!

Terrible photos and awful customer service. They demand a $25 sitting fee for senior portraits or your senior won’t get a photo in the yearbook. They say if you decide not to purchase any photos, they’ll refund the $25. I’ve been trying for 4 months to get my money back and have yet to receive a dime. Schools should seriously reconsider using them. I haven’t bought a single school portrait since our school system went to them because of the terrible quality of their photos.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer, I would be glad to assist you. I see you chose the Yearbook Sitting which is refundable. You are sent a proof card which needs to be returned in order to receive the $25 refund. I see that was sent to your home address. I have issued the $25 refund even though we have not received that card back - I'm sorry you never received that in the mail! Katie did an amazing job and brought my ideas to life with her creative mindset. We did much more than I ever expected from extra shoots to being patient with my vision. Would definitely recommend Katie for serious camera work. With the time we had we instantly connected, she flowed smoothly and interacted with family.Nationwide Studios, Inc.
