      Maddie, Kate and Shawn were absolutely fantastic! They were so patient, fun and attentive. My son hates to smile but Shawn and Maddie were able to make my son smile and pictures came out great!! while Kate gave her expertise in lighting. Great and welcoming vibe!

      The packets are very overpriced for the quality. They email and email to convince parents to pre-order so they have the money when we got a horrible picture. We had no choice of proofs because pre-paying we got one vs 2 when we haven't. Our child told us they told him to not smile in the 1st and to smile in the second. However, there wasn't a 2nd.
      Do NOT pre-pay for the small discount.

      Dear Valued Customer, I'm sorry for the frustration. We do offer a variety of packages, products, and pricing. If your photo is not of the highest quality, we will certainly reprint that for you. The advantage of pre-ordering is discounted pricing to the parent. With pre-ordering, if you are not satisfied with that photo, you can return that package on retake day and get another package with the retake photo at no extra cost. If you are not satisfied with the second photo, you can return the package for a refund. We take one photo of the student holding a QR code that identifies the student (they don't need to smile for that photo), and then the second photo - we encourage the student to smile! I hope this helps explain the process a bit more. We do appreciate your patronage!

      Customer service is top shelf! The initial telephone operator was knowledgeable and friendly. Email help was prompt and friendly. Portraits and changes we made came out perfect. Thanks for great customer service.

      Bought school photos of my 11th grader got 1-8x10, 2-5x7, 4-3x5, 8 wallets $51. My 12th grader? The cheapest possible thing is $219. I have no words to express my outrage. I saw the response below to another parent saying there are things for $20 - lies! Not if you want a regular photograph. Shame on your company, I am so sad that I can't afford a picture of my senior.

      Dear Valued Customer, I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. If you attended your sitting, then we would have taken your photos. You will be able to view/purchase your photos online in approximately two weeks. I see your first appointment was canceled by you, but you scheduled another one.
