      Should be 0 stars. The school my daughter attends this is the first year that Legacy has been their photo people their service is horrible they're opposes are disgusting their backdrops are ridiculous I've been getting the runaround for about 2 weeks trying to get retakes and or trying to get individual photos it is absolutely asinine the runaround the problems the issues that I've been having with this company and I purchased two individual photos today paid with a credit card she never gave me a confirmation number and never told me when they would be arriving. ** ****** *********** ******* are 1,000 times better than this ridiculous company

      Dear Valued Customer, I'm sorry to hear you are not pleased with your spring photos. During the fall we return for retakes; however, for the spring photos we usually go to the school once. I see your daughter had three images taken of her and is smiling in all of them; but, I do understand we make not like all photos taken. It looks like you were emailed your receipt once the custom order was placed. We hope to serve you better in the future.

      Nicole’s knowledge, professionalism and patience are nothing short of remarkable! She provided me with outstanding customer service rarely seen anymore. I know I made her crazy but she was patient and kind and helped me pick the best photos and package to remember my son’s graduation! I cannot thank her enough! She’s a rock star in my book!!

      Emma was so kind and helpful with my questions/concerns for my kids' fall pictures at school. She was prompt to respond, eager to help me fix it and very understanding with my issue. In less than an hour, she had done everything I needed and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. What a pleasant experience! My wait time to speak with someone was SO LONG but Emma made it totally worth the wait. Thank you! We need more "Emma's" in this world. :)

      The photos came out so great that I wanted all of them! I purchased the 100 picture/background combination option, however, I misread the instructions so when I placed the order, I only ended up with 5 photos with 1 background. I contacted customer service via email and received a response from Katherine very quickly. She was able to assist me in updating my order and quickly getting the picture/background combinations that I wanted. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Look forward to purchasing pictures again from Teddy Bear Portraits in the future.

      WAY overpriced!!!! I literally got 24 wallets, 4 5×7, 1 5×7 in a black frame and a stupid yard sign that I didn't want for 425$. I could have hired a private photographer for that and received more pictures.

      Dear Valued Customer, I'm sorry you are not pleased with your products. We do offer many different packages and configurations. I see you had contacted us via our live chat feature and that you were able to use a coupon that we provided to you. And I see you were able to save more money, by unlocking lower priced prints after purchasing a package. We understand the products are an investment and we can assure you they are of the highest quality, as I hope you were able to see when you received your order.
