  Have been dealing with *** trying to get a new roof, so far he’s been pleasant, informative and is keeping good contact informing me of the upcoming processes with the insurance agent. As of now no bad things to say! Will write a second review once roof is on.

  This company is definitely not what they presented themselves to us myself and my sister are Senior Citizens and if they are putting roofs on people's housing like they put on ours they need to be "SHUT DOWN" I will never refer thus company to anyone!!

  They lied and told me that our insurance was covering the full roof. I asked for them to send me the paperwork showing that the insurance agreed to pay for the full roof and the next day while we were at work, they put the roof on without us even knowing. We now know that they lied the entire time and the insurance company never agreed to pay for the whole roof, they only agreed to partial. So they are now hounding us to pay despite the fact that we didn’t want them to do it in the first place without insurance. They have now put a lien on my home and they are trying to charge us nearly $12,000 for a 1800 sq ft home. My husband and I were planning on doing it ourselves if insurance didn’t cover it, but they tore our roof off and did it instead so they could get money from us whether we wanted it or not. I’m incredibly upset and I will be hiring a lawyer. They have done this kind of stuff to other people as well. They will lie and manipulate and try to force people to sign stuff not knowing what it is. They did that to my husband who was in the dark because I was the one dealing with them. They are HORRIBLE and didn’t live up to their end of the contract because we needed the flashing replaced and it never got finished. That was the whole reason to do the roof to begin with. They will say, no claim approval, no obligation, but THAT is a LIE. If you know what’s good for you, you will tell them to get off your property and never come back!!!

  there's a long list of things I could say bad about the process that this company uses, but the first thing I want to say is that this process is not a scam, it actually works as it did for me and the door to door reps are not there trying to screw you over.
  The problem with bcr comes from production and scheduling issues.
  My roof was signed up in September of 2024. After the fact I became a rep myself for the company. After the beginning of the year, there was still no word on my roof.
  In the end, it took me 5 months and 13 days to get my roof put on AFTER I literally had to call the production manager out in front of the whole office.
  The corporate manager that took over is one step shy of being featured on an episode alongside Chris H***** and continuously talks down to other people and touts his much less than impressive accolades around. The only thing impressive about him is how he manages to stand with such an inflated narcissistic ego bobbling around that water head.
  In the end, if I knew then what I know now, I would have went with a different company altogether simply based on the scheduling issues and the miscommunication

  Tampa Florida office. Worst experience ever. Can not get solid answers as to what work was done. Saleman provided false information at the beginning of the process. Promised no out of pocket except deductible now invoicing me for wood after saying they would eat all extra cost. Was promised a bathroom remodel. Someone came in did a half ass job. My floor is uneven and my shower pan is already pulling away from the way. It has only been a couple of months. They will not give me a break down on the work done in my bathroom or come out and check it.

  Jonathan was very helpful with contacting insurance and getting an inspector to determine the need for a new roof. Patrick was also helpful with understanding the contract and warranty. I will recommend Best Choice to anyone with roof issues

  Cory with Best Choice Roofing was great throughout the entire process. He provided an inspection, helped with the call to file the claim, stayed in contact with the adjuster until we received the check and estimate. He walked us through the contract and helped us pick out our new roof. We would've been lost without him.
