      Do not trust this company. They showed up to my door, pressured me into filing a claim on my insurance, promised to be there when the adjuster came. They were a no show. I had ro reach out to them for them to say there was a death in the family so obviously nobody in the entire company could come. They promised to file an appeal if my claim was rejected. My claim was rejected. I reached out several times asking if and when and how they would be filing the appeal. No responses. I finally sent a text giving them a few more days to reply and I'd assume they were just done with me if I heard nothing back. I've heard nothing back. Beware. Beware. Beware.

      After Best Choice Roofing replaced the roof on my home, my roof has continued to leak around both the front and rear chimneys. I contacted Best Choice Roofing, but the company changed my roofing warranty not to cover any further water leaks and shut off all communications. I told the company that by changing my warranty on their own should be illegal, but the company didn't respond and no longer communicating.

      Best Choice Roofing provided use with a step by walk through the process , from quality shingles to sympathy for roof distress. Not only did they come tarp our roof to to stop water damage. They took the work of insurance negotiations for us.
      The roof was completed quickly , beautiful work. New roof made such a difference.

      From the initial start of getting things started to get my roof replaced to the final result, I am very happy with Best Choice Roofing. Miki M****** was the person I initially talked to and he was always a text or phone call away with answers to any questions I had. The day of the installation, they arrived right on time and wet straight to work setting up. They had a 5 man crew so a hour before sunset they were done. They cleaned up after themselves. They even ran long magnets to pick up any nails. I would definitely recommend this business to any one for roof replacing.

      We are beyond grateful for Aiden W******* help throughout the roof replacement process. After a recent storm, Aiden offered a free roof inspection and took the time to thoroughly assess the damage. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us step by step in filing our insurance claim, ultimately securing a full roof replacement. His professionalism and dedication made a huge difference, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Aiden if you need reliable roof services!

      Best Choice Roofing put a new roof on my house. Within a year, a puddle of water leaks in one of my bedrooms due to the roof put on. They checked it out and told me they would be back to repair the roof. They have not been back. We are now into the new year 2025. You decide if you want to use this company.
