      We had a defective lithium battery in our golf cart purchased from Aqua Living Factory Outlets in Nov. 2021. It would not charge. It took almost two months to get new battery. We were given at least six different times that they would be at our home to install battery. They not only did not show up but did not give us a call. I visited the store three times and was given a specific time frame and day each time. Same result - no one showed up and no one called. I took a demand letter to Drew Whitehurst, manager, outlining the history of our problem and asked that he sign that he had received it. He would neither accept or sign the letter. I asked to take the battery with me. He loaded in my truck and said he would be out in a few hours to install. He did not show up but his technician did come by that evening, however, he did not know how to install the battery. Three days later I gave up on the store and hired a mechanic to come to our home and install the battery. It was expensive, but worth it to be able to use the cart again and to no longer have to deal with Mr. Whitehurst.

A major contributing factor, but by no means completely mitigating, is that we are still trying to develop relations with technicians that specialize in carts for your service area.       The spa worked for 4 days. We've been waiting for almost 2 months to get parts and a technician out to fix it. Customer service is the worst! I've talked to them 7 times, lots of excuses, lost notes on the service, no follow up emails although they say they will, over an hour wait time to talk to someone.

      There was an issue with an initial parts order being erroneously deleted. A request to expedite the required components has been made. As soon as there is a tracking number associated with the shipment, we will be able to get the assigned technician to schedule for repair. The customer spoke with a representative on 09/30/22 advising of the game plan and delays in the shipping department. We apologize for the frustration you have experienced and are working to get this matter resolved.

      Quick response to our issue. Service tech Michael ***** was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciate his services. He even came out on a Sunday and resolved all the issues.

      Horrible experience bought hampton tub by catalina . They have the new bi fold top first day all moldings fell off been over 2 months now and still know body to repair . Horrible company avoid at all cost.

      Spent 12k on a Catalina Spa and have had nothing but issues since we got it and the warranty is horrendous and that is an understatement. We have valve issues, base support issues and all the lining on the 1500 dollar cover fell off within days. I can't drain it because the valve cannot be found. I was sent a valve replacement in a FedEx bag not even in a box and we are expected to put it in ourselves. No return call on the three incidents we reported 2 months later. 24 x 7 support does not exist. Worst experience ever after saving up to purchase something I was so excited about. Complete disappointment.

      I purchased a spa several months ago. We notified the company it arrived with a damaged cover and side of spa had deep gouge. We filled out warranty on line, contacted seller multiple times etx. Still no resolution. They take your money and fail to respond after deal is done.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR CATALINA!!!!! We ordered a Catalina swim spa through this company and it came with a bunch of damage. They said they'd fix it but it's been almost 6 months, and literally not 1 thing has been fixed or replaced. We've emailed, sent pictures multiple times (even of the spa while it was still on the truck, before we took possession), called Kevin when he still worked for Aqua Living, and called Matt now that he took over, we've called corporate, customer service, etc and still nothing has been done. It arrived with a bunch of damaged side panels, a leak (which Kevin told my husband to open the side panels and try to fix it himself), a couple knobs have broken and come off, and one of the lights doesn't work it shows a different color than all the others. We've had it almost 6 months now, and we haven't even been able to use it for the last 2 months because it won't heat up past about 89 degrees. It's infuriating to be told we have a great warranty before purchasing this, and we've gotten absolutely no help or support ever. They literally all just ignore us. We used the West Jordan location of Aqua Living.
