This company has horrible customer service. Do not deal with them. Had our hot tub delivered and within a week already had a leak. Was almost impossible to get someone out to fix it. After coming out a week after delivery to fix the leak, the blue tooth also was not working. He addressed this issue as well. Finally could enjoy for a couple months, then had to call them back for another leak as well as rubber coming off the lid and speaker not working again.. 2 months later they finally showed up and attempted to fix the issues. They fixed the leak and and changed out the speaker, did not have material to fix the lid (said he ordered it) and they would come back, but did not test it (as the water had to be drained) He didn't wait for the tub to be filled out to check things out. 5 Months later still not fix for the lid and speaker does not work. Now when we call and actually talk to someone, of course we are out of warranty and no record of the issues! Really!!!!! THEY ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have read reviews beforehand!

Deivered over a month late. Our hottub was sold to us with a cover that has a "lifetime" warranty. At delivery we received a cheap foam cover and told that our model doesn't have the lifetime cover and it doesn't even fit our model. I asked for a refund that would cover the cost of purchasing a more durable cover and was simply told "no". I was offered a free chemical kit valued at $100. Obviously this isn't nearly what the cover would cost. We were told our plug and play hottub had 220v power or better! The jets in the tub are equivalent to the pressure of a garden hose. We believed the claims made about the hottub as the signage showed the original MSRP of the tub was over $16,000. When we were able to look up the tub information online after delivery only 6 weeks later the MSRP was less than $11,000. We were told that the spa we were purchasing was a TUFF spa. Using that name at the time of purchase we were unable to find any videos, specs or reviews. It wasn't until after delivery that we were told it was actually a Catalina spa. Then we started finding out a very different story from what we were sold. The tub was leaking from two corners on delivery and we contacted Aqualiving/LPI the same day it took over a month and a half to have a technician come to check out the problem. After owning the hottub less than 60 days the electrical malfunctioned WHILE WE WERE IN IT! The entire tub lost power. The GFCI on the plug failed to work causing everything to fry and the GFCI power box on the cord had melted. A bunch of other things have occurred as well to many to list here. After 30+ calls, and a bunch of emails, they still will not repair, pick-up or refund our hottub. Management has never reached out even once. No one will even call us to discuss the NUMEROUS problems. Our hottub was delivered in the 3rd week of 1/2023 it worked for less than 60 days. It's now 9/2023, the hottub burnt up in mid March. Aqualiving/LPI has still not returned a single call or email.

The sales contract and BOL both advise that it is a plug and power brand- pp53. We paid for your outlet upgrade. There are months of multiple emails to which you would not agree to service. Your lender even pleaded with you to respond to the emails to move forward toward resolution.

I bought a swim spa from this company. They told me it will take about 8 months to receive it.
After 18 months I finally received the swim spa. It was delivered to my house super dirty and with many scratches around it.
It was also a wrong size spa versus what I had ordered. It was 2 feet shorter than my original order. 18' versus 20'.
They gave me the choice to accept it, or I had to wait another year to get the right size. So, I accepted the smaller size and asked for price differences, but they never gave me the difference as of yet.
Three days after installation of the spa one of the pipes inside the cabinet broke and water got onto the mother board and damaged the board. breaker tripped and I had to leave it off.
it has been a month that I am asking the company service reps to come and fix the spa and have not had anyone to help me. The spa has been turned off for the last month.
Now the water is going bad, and I have to empty the 2500 gallons of water inside the unit.
This is where the story ends.
Horrible company, horrible quality, Horrible Customer service.
      Never work with this company.

If there was a negative star, I would use that! This entire company is a scam. It if obvious these Tina are factory flaws because 12 of the 15 jets are falling apart. The dealer said they were a flaw and that I should ask for replacements. I been trying for 6 months and keep getting turned away. The dealer in Springfield Oregon refuses to help us. Now all 3 of the water fountains spewed caulking and broke. Even though it is a plumbing part we thought it would be covered. They sent the new part, that doesn’t look like the broken parts, with NO instructions. So I call for a repair person but now they tell me repairmen are available up to 18 months. Now i have a spa that isn’t working and they have told me to fix it. I talk to someone different every time I call the warranty company. I tried to email Catalina Spas directly but they don’t respond either.
I still have broken keys and no waterfalls. My next move is to make sure no one buys from these scammers! Hoping to get a class action lawsuit. Please contact me if you are interested in being included.
I will monitor this sight for interested parties.

      Buy local.
Delivery took 8 weeks. 4 weeks longer than was told at purchase.
Tub worked for two weeks and then heater over heated tub to over 110 degrees. When I called on it I was told programming was wrong, then it was ambient temperature causing it, then it was my wiring connection. Over 8 weeks for service and still no repair or call back.

The time frame referenced at point of sale is the estimated production forecast. We did receive the additional information requested on our third attempt and your components have been ordered.

They take forever to answer the phone, their warranty is too short (90 days), and then you pay for everything which of course breaks by then! The computer board broke within 8 months of buying my jacuzzi, and I had to hire an electrician to fix it. Go somewhere else!

I wish I would have read all these before I purchased! This was delivered with a broken panel, we were told one would be sent to us. The cover collapsed with in 3 months, one of the headrests just broke off while I was cleaning it. (I was not being rough with it or anything else) This was purchased in October and received in December 2022, Seabrook, NH. After complaining to our Salesman - I was told items would be replaced and we would get 4 new filters for all of our trouble, and guess what?! NOTHING has ever shown up! I emailed the CEO today - left a message with the District Manager, not that it surprises me! Very disappointed in the quality for the money we paid for this. DO NOT BUY!

It saddens me to write this review, because some of the people at this Factory Direct business are actually good.
Maybe we all band together to take legal acton.
      ISSUES
      Electricity in WATER
      Uncommunicative salesman
      Long lead time
      Order wrong
      Specs wrong
      Broken Jets
      No manual
      Ripped Cover
      Broken Air Cap
      Stripped/ Missing Screws
      Warped Panels/Strips
      Broken Stereo
      Vinyl cracked middle bar
      Weak Swim current
FIRST: VERY DELAYED We ordered the largest in ground spa they have and it took 1.4 years to receive- we had little to NO updates during this time.
SECOND: NOT WHAT I PAID FOR I paid $450 fort no tile on the sides of the swim spa area and it had tile. Wad told can be removed, some say it can't. Factory said to call salesman- he says to call Factory. FOUR attempts with customer service-no response.
I was PROMISED a return call from supervisors, nothing.
THIRD: SPECS WRONG INCURRING COSTS Patrick told us that the control panels were in two areas and we hired a landscaper architect to design a deck around them.
Got the pool in the ground and unwrapped it- One was in a completely different place. Paid our landscaper architect to redesign the deck.
FOURTH- SPECS WRONG ELECTRICAL $ The electrician cut the wire based on specs for control panel. She found out we needed another 30 feet, cost $430 to buy. $ for her to dig a 20' trench & buy conduit.
FOURTH BROKEN JETS3 jets not working.
      SIXTH SPEAKERS NOT WORKING
FIFTH: ELECTRICAL CURRENT IN THE WATER- need i say more?
We felt "bee stings" in the water and used our multi meter to test it and it had 60 volts.
SIXTH- BROKEN/ POORLY MADE panels had no/stripped screws, side pieces warped, air controls knobs broke, cover ripped, bar in middle cracking plastic.
      SEVENTH: NO MANUAL
EIGHT: WEAK RIVER FLOW- the flow of the stream for the swim spa is weak due to broken jet?

      ****DO NOT BUY HERE****
I bought a hot tub from Kathy Heron about 8 months ago. The hot tub itself so far... no complaints. However, it took about 2 phone calls and 3 months' worth of text messages to get a lid for my hot tub that i purchased. When finally on May 26th I was informed that my New Lid was available. I drove down to Sumner again, after being told that it would be delivered to find a nicely sealed cover with my name on it. The wrapping had two other names that had been crossed off. I figured this is still good. After getting home and opening my new lid, I found that they had packaged a used lid and pawned it off on my as new. The lid had a hole in it, green dried-up moss all the way around it, and been scuffed pretty badly. I contacted Kathy ***** again and she apologized and said she will find out what happened. Another week went by, and I texted her, she said she's working on it., It is now July 24th and I have never received another response. I assume now at this point... I am stuck paying for a new lid and getting used product...
The final sale price they offered was never matched at the time of signing. Kathy promised she would fix this as well. To this day I have never received a credit. I was lied to about the sale price and didn't see the final number till I actually received the hot tub. Buyer beware of this outfit. Kathy ***** customer service and the way she runs this company will cost you headache and extra money. You will get nothing as expected and you will settle with it.
      Buyer Beware.

****DO NOT BUY HERE*** Sure wish I was one of those lucky people who gave a 5 Star review!!! But no….. our story is exactly like the majority here from all the lies from the salesman to the horrible customer service, spa not working properly, leaks, excuses, delays, incompetent “service techs”, more and more BS and still do not have a working spa!!!! Soooooo disappointed and sick to have wasted so much money with this lousy place less than a year ago!!!
