    If I could leave a zero star I would. The most deceptive company out there. Please stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. Kept changing the pricing after the contract. Promised they would communicate a week before the pickup. No communication at all. I called for days and promises were made. Supposed to pickup car May 4. Called on May 3, and Jax said driver said Monday the 5th. Driver would call me on the 4th. Never happened. Made 14 calls to the company and was passed around. Said J** *** ** **** ** *** *** was non existent. Sitting here with no car pickup in site. Called another carrier and he told me my name was on the board for $1,100 but my contract says $900. He told me they would not release my car without more money. It was their practice on deception. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would like my $600 deposit back immediately

    My shipment was 2013 Dodge Durango from CA to TX . US Star Trucking LLC, specifically Phoebe, exceeded all my expectations. The communication was fantastic, the delivery was on time and in perfect condition. Phoebe's dedication to customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy trucking services.

    I hope BBB validates some of the comments here. There is NO WAY this company is 4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend people go to TrustPilot for validated comments. Anyone who states the name of the person they worked with is more than likely fake. They would not give names or any information to me.....just a contract to sign. Additionally the price will NEVER be what they actually quote. Also the pickup date is merely a suggestion as none of them are ever on time. US STAR by far is the most crooked of the bunch. I was offered a $500 price to ship my vehicle and it took almost a week after their promised pickup date to get someone to ship it. When the local shipper arrived, they said they picked it up off the site for $700 COD. At this point I needed it moved and agreed to the cost with the local shipper. Days later, these "do nothing" vipers decided to call me to sign an updated contract for $950. I refused as this was not the original agreement I signed which included $100 deposit. After the fact they still charge my credit card $260 for a contract I did not sign. Shady business practices that do nothing other than collect cash for finding a local shipper. Advice to everyone....call local shipping companies directly and avoid these incredibly corrupt brokers at ALL COSTS.

    SCAMMERS. Allen ****** a real piece of work quote one price sign a contract then come back with the old Bait and Switch doubles the price. Then lie about having a driver then try to hold your vehicle hostage by blocking other companies from bidding. Try to force you to use their service then want to point out the cancellation fee , I should have every right to cancel when I'm being lied to as a consumer. They are crooks and run this Scam everyday. Pathetic if I could give a negative million I would this company don't deserve a 1 star. Pathetic. They need to be held accountable for screwing customers on a daily basis.

    No words to express the travil associated with this company. You should run from seeking to use them to haul anything. They are nonchalant, the CEO doesn't respond to customer complaints or concerns. They try to change prices from quoted fee to a different fee. They give you the run around when it comes to delivery. They aren't professional. They lack customer service. Jeff Hanson was the broker who falsely lured me into this using this company. I have been blatantly lied to by their dispatcher, Flavio. I am dumbfounded as to the behavior and treatment received from this company. There are no words to fully translate the burden this company has caused and stressed associated with delivery.

    gave the lowest quote to get u to sign contract then boosted the price. Total frauds. Then afterwards they want to give you a cancelation fee to pay. Ive paid it with my card then they cashed apped me the money back for them to try to charge my card again.
