    Daniel was great. This company played no industry games. I was dealing with horrible companies and unprofessional drivers for over a week trying to pick o my truck. They kept trying to scam me for more money. I got a call from Daniel and within 30 minutes he found me Extra Mile Transport and the driver picked up my vehicle with the cheapest rate within 40 minutes. I wish I knew them before and know where to go next time. Thank Daniel!

    They are 100% fraud. They low-call the quote to get your business and make you sign the contract. Towards the shipment day, they will say they couldn't find the driver for that rate and ask you to pay significantly higher price for the shipment. Then, you will have no choice other than paying because it's last minute for you and don't have time to shop new truckers. Their customer service sucked really bad as well. They promised 100 pounds of personal item in the car. When driver arrived to pick car, they said absolutely no personal item. When I called USStar, they said don't worry about it and they will work it out with the dispatcher. But when I received my car, they made me pay 250 dollars extra because of the personal item. When I called USStar, they gave stupid reasons to make me pay and dispatcher said USStar never reached out to them to settle the issue. My original quote for shipment was 2200 dollars but I ended up paying 3550 dollars at the end. These are just fraud people with no. honesty at all. Stay away from this company.
