      A nightmare experience!!! They were holding my transactions without depositing on my bank account for 2 weeks without notifying me. I found out accidentally when I opened a bank account and saw $6000 missing. I spent hours with incompetent people who absolutely don't care to resolve the problem and they don't even feel it's bad to stop transactions without letting you know. Stay away from Elavon. I will rather pay more to work with competent people and have my peace of mind.

      They will scam you for PSI non compliance fees! Over $500 per year while you just keep doing business using their merchant service platform. Don't use this company

      We saw an unexpected charge on our personal credit card and called the associated number for Elavon. Upon calling to inquire, the first mailbox was full and our call was forwarded. The second box was unavailable, and the third message was an abrupt response stating that the owner of this box does not accept messages. Goodbye. We called Visa and were advised to cancel our cards to avoid further charges from Elavon. Fortunately we caught this unwanted and unrequested charge early and hope to avoid any more. Of course, we now have the bother of contacting all our auto pay places to update the credit card for future bills. Oh well ... so it goes.
