Everyone was very professional and courteous. We have an old house, and had the kitchen painted. The cabinets look exceptionally well. Javier and Federico always kept us informed, answered our questions and did a great job.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

1 starI had my house interior and exterior painted. While the painters were great and obviously talented, the issue was they were rushed. I didn't want this rush, I would have even paid extra to get the job done right, so I think it must be something about how this business is run. Now I'm looking at having to hire someone to fix all the mistakes because it's more than I can handle and it's not even been a year.
Because of the rushed job, not all the surface prep was done properly even though I was charged a lot for it in the estimate and was immediately charged extra on top of the estimate the minute the painters and site manager arrived (If that need was so obvious at one glance, then why was it not included in the estimate?). Just months later, I have paint peeling off every interior wall in my home. Primer was never used, surfaces weren't sanded down after holes were patched, some surfaces were never cleaned first, some holes weren't filled and just painted over, paint got on my wood trim and light fixtures, and some tight areas by trim were never painted.
The jobs were done quickly and without the manufactured recommended dry time between coats of paint. A different product was used to patch bee holes on my exterior than we agreed on in the estimate and I was charged for it even though the second day of patching I had them use the agreed-on product I happened to have on me already. The first set of holes with the different product I had to repatch and repaint myself later because the holes never were filled and remained soft. The recommended dry time for that product didn't pass for some of those holes either before they were painted. The painters even said they never use the product listed in the estimate and always use that other one that stays soft. I wouldn't have agreed to the job if I knew they used something else.
I tried talking to the company multiple times after each project, but kept getting passed around. For my future jobs I used someone else.Review fromMelissa P

We were very happy with the job that was done in our new purchase home. The walls had not been painted in several years and had a lot of surface prep prior to painting. They took the time to prep the walls and did a great job. They started and continued for a course le of days until they completed the job! Everything turned out exactly as we were promised!

Extremely professional and courteous employee. We have done several large jobs with the previous owners, and this was the first job with the new owners. This time a very small job but they treated us right and took care of us like it was a larger project.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

Issac our project manager made sure that David and his crew had what they needed to complete our project.
David and his crew went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed to our satisfaction.
