Highly recommend this company! We had pipe burst under crawl space. They came right out and did an assessment found old copper pipes had pin holes that were leaking. They came out on time, worked all day replacing pipe and were very professional from beginning to end. Cost was very reasonable. No A/C. 89 degrees out….called Pipe Wrench.
Angel sent Steven, he was here for maybe hour and a half. Found the issue,
now we’re cool!!

We were very pleased with the well qualified employees of Pipe Wrench inspecting our furnace, making repairs and discussing purchasing a new furnace. 1 starI called Pipe Wrench to come fix a leak under my dishwasher ( insurance claim). While scheduling appointment they asked if I had any other issues in the house needing to be addressed. I then said we were having a issue with our hot water heater and the reset button. I was told someone could come out the next day. Within an hour, I get a call that they could actually come that day. But instead of them sending me a repairman for my dishwasher leak, they sent me a salesman for a new hot water heater. He showed up in a car, not a repair van and in khakis and dress shirt, not a uniform. He was definitely good at what he does, as he sold us, lied to us, on several things. We paid for repairs that were not made and we were unable to get a breakdown of receipt for things done. I needed dishwasher on separate bill as it was an insurance claim. Never received one to the specific repair instead a receipt for $612 to reroute hot water under sink to dishwasher- none of that work was done but we paid for it. We were told a new water pressure regulator was needed for which I was charged $1000 for a new one that did absolutely nothing to improve my water pressure. Same one sells at Lowe’s for $150. They messed up my generator connections while installing new hot water heater and bypassed generator all together. Not one thing they did was satisfactory or what we were promised. I feel we were targets of bait and switch from the start with sending a salesman instead of a repairman. They couldn’t even supply me with a owners Manuel for the new hot water heater. Everyone I have spoken with except for the receptionist (Dana) has an attitude and play their little game very well. 4 weeks out and still have never received a breakdown of my receipt. Horrible customer experience. Was also supposed to have a water spigot relocated- that never happened either. I just paid for it, again no breakdown of receipt just a portion of bill that says $1498.50 in specialty plumbing ? WTH.Review fromAnthony F

Used them for plumbing a couple years ago and they were wonderful. When my HVAC went out, I called them. To attempt to repair my unit was going to be $2300. Wanted to get an estimate for a new unit. Quoted $11,500 which is out outrageous for a 1150 sq Ft house. When I called to tell them no thanks, they suddenly found discounts. Asked another company to come out, same unit and warranty that they tried to sell me I’m getting for $6500. Highly disappointed in how I was treated at Pipewrench being a return customer.Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Whitney, without seeing the other company's quote to compare apples to apples we cannot address this price discrepancy. We quoted a 2-ton, 14 SEER, energy efficient system with a new thermostat, and I suspect that there are some differences in the systems.
