Logan, Corey, and Collin replaced the entire pipe system in our home and did an excellent job. They are exceptionally technically competent and very polite and respectful. They always took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. I think this speaks volumes to them as individuals and the culture within their company. Pipe Wrench Plumbing will get all of my future plumbing business, great company!

I have used Pipe Wrench Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. This time, not at all! I have a rental property and needed a bathroom sink leak repaired. They did come out the day I called as promised but after the quote was sent I was unable to get any response. Deven was the technician and after he sent the quote I called for more conversation. I called at 4:30 on Tuesday and was told my call would be returned on Wednesday after 9. At 11:00 on Wednesday I called again and was told Deven was on a job and would return my call when he was free. At 4:30 I called another company and they came out on Thursday and repaired the sink by 1:30. The price was 1/3 of the quote received from Pipe Wrench. I have still not heard back from Pipe Wrench, nor has anyone followed up on our inquiry. We have used them for a sump pump, bathroom fixture upgrades and HVAC servicing. I will no longer use this company. I am very disappointed and think they really fell down on their promises. I was concerned that my tenants didn't have use if their sink and really was motivated to get the repair attended to,Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

There is no better plumbing company in Knoxville. They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and most of all trustworthy. We have referred them to family and friend who have reported the same experience. Daniel ******** was the most recent technician and he went above and beyond. He explained the problem and did everything to resolve it. Even spoke to the manufacturer and facilitated a part being sent to us. Pipe Wrench did an excellent job for us!!! Deven ********* was our plumbing technician and he provided an easy to understand solution. The charges were explained before the work was completed. The company did a great job. Jeff Allen installed the new toilet, without any fuss or bother. My wife sure did like the cover that he wore on his shoes.
