    Amazing Experience with Pool Warehouse. The sales and customer service departments are top notch and truly were there for us every step along the way. Jeanette assisted us with any and all questions we had about designing our pool and guiding us on accessories needed to make our pool complete. Once the pool was shipped, Chelsey W, Customer Service Manager, assisted us with everything along the way until the project was completed. Top notch company and staff. Keep up the amazing work and a big shout out to Jeanette in Sales and Chelsey W in customer service for making our dream come true??

    I had ordered my DE filter and got in touch with PoolWarehouse to check on the shipping of it and was able to speak with Katelyn who checked on my filter order. Katelyn was great in sending me updates regarding it. When I received it, the filter gauge was cracked and broken, so I emailed Katelyn and she was able to get me the replacement quickly. Katelyn not only was able to answer any question I had, but resolved my issues as well in a timely manner.
