    Overall, our experience with PoolWarehouse had pros and cons:
    I will begin with the cons: Most of the pool parts were broken or missing from our shipment. We had to have items shipped to us three different times with long wait times in between. The first customer service representative that we worked with was horribly rude. He spoke down to us and would not work with us on compensation for broken parts. In fact, he refused to let us speak to his manager, stating that he alone was the manager of the department. OK...first line customer service rep....you indeed have a boss.

    Pros: After several times with back and forth conversation we were able to install our pool. It is beautiful and a much welcomed addition to our home during these hot summer months. We were able to work with Chelsea. She was amazing. She was friendly and a fantastic problem solver.

    Done and still have a few weeks left to enjoy the summer. Got the majority of our order in about 4 weeks and got the slide a few weeks later. Called to talk to customer service about what was going on with our slide and got answers in just a few days. Good experience, but it's hard work so be ready and if we could do it again probably order in early early spring.

    Soo happy with our purchase!!! Everything came within the time frame it said online. Everything was in perfect condition couldn't be happier!!! Thanks soo much Renee and Dana!!!! It does help that my husband puts pools up for a living soo Everything went great with installation!!! Would absolutely highly recommend to anyone!!!

    Streamlined and easy online ordering process. Customer services picked up on the first or second ring and was able to answer our questions right away. Our item (a pool heater) was delivered the day after we ordered it without having to pay for expedited shipping. The heater was exactly as described and works great! Overall a very enjoyable and easy process. I will definitely order from them again.

    I ordered our pool (21x41) in March in anticipation of the summer. It took several months to get someone lined up to install. During the installation we realized we were missing several end caps. I reached out to my sales contact and he forwarded me to their customer service department. Renee B had already reached out to the manufacturer by the time she contacted me and had the parts on their way. She also helped me get a replacement part that was damaged during the install. They made the process so smooth. A+ to Renee on all fronts!
