      Visited Ruby Tuesday today (3/15/2023) for lunch. I opted to do curbside pick up however when I arrived none of the employees would come out to bring the food. I called several times and when an employee finally answered they stated they were short staffed and to come in and get the food. Then when I went inside the employee sat the food in front of me and then walked off. When I got the food to the house it was completely burned and the tater tots were cold. Completely unacceptable and I will be follow up to see that something is done.

      On Saturday, 1/7/2023 we visited the Ruby Tuesday location at *** ******* ***** *********** SC 29118. We attempted to contact the location to dine in. With no answer, we attempted to place a to go order but we're directed to do so online via the automated system. Order was placed at 8:13pm and stated to be ready at 8:27pm. Headed to the restaurant. Never greeted. We waited up front but then was directed by the bar. Again waiting. An employee finally comes by after enjoying herself outside, high and unbothered says "take outs aren't my problem tonight" and keeps walking. Another employee comes by, gets our name and we continue waiting. Now it's 8:45. Our food didn't come out till 9:13pm. Counted boxes and all items were there. Asked for cutlery and was told "it's take out, it's in there" again, ok. Got back to the hotel and every single item had an issue. Starting from the obvious, it was freezing cold as if it was ready at 8:27 and nobody bothered to check till 9:00. Coconut shrimp appeared uncooked & had no dipping sauce, onion rings although says it comes with one, had no dipping sauce, the broccoli for the ribs came THREE tiny pieces, kids quesadilla came barley melted and the tenders "meal" came without a side or dipping sauce. Spinach dip was still half frozen, as i dipped out an ice chip. Oh and no cutlery. I called immediately and was told they were to busy but we could place a new order...... no attempt to rectify the issue. As a former restaurant industry worker of 10 years, I'm shocked all around. From the front of the house to the back this meal was failed all around.
      I emailed the store, filled out a complaint form, called the store and conveniently the manager is "never there" and I'm promised a call back. Had I not paid online I would've never waited for this meal. Money should be spent on Good food, good service. This was not the case. My next step is to contact my bank. I am looking for a refund.

      Horrible service - wrong order - terrible food.
      On Fri. Dec 23, 2022, placed a pickup order at 6:09pm then received email stating the order would be ready at 6:22pm. After walking 4 blocks in -3 degree temps, had to wait another 35 minutes until order was ready. Multiple times, various servers kept asking me what my order was and each time I told them, they were indifferent and just walked away without any response. Very unprofessional.
      Finally, upon returning to the hotel, found that the order was completely botched: Caesar Salad was with iceberg lettuce (not romaine) and hard-as-rock black croutons, with no dressing whatsoever; crispy chicken tenders had no dipping sauce with a few tater tots, not the requested french fries; and the crispy shrimp platter came with no dipping sauce, either. Did call to express frustration but was on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up. Considering the poor service and weather conditions, did not return in person to complain.
      After getting stranded in Denver due to flight issues was hoping a good meal would end the day on a positive note. Unfortunately, the meal could not be eaten and enjoyed to any degree. Total cost was $60.85, including unwarranted tip. Happy to supply photos of food and receipt and to share with social media, if you would like.
      Would appreciate a satisfactory response and a full refund.

      Purchased three meals to go on Sunday,January 8, 2023. The food was cold and undercooked, uneadable, and soaking in grease. When I went back to correct the issues, no one would help. No manager was available. I went back today, no manager. I said I wanted a refund ($75.00) and was told only a manager could do that.

      Had a bad dining experience on 11-4-2022 and was told by the manager that she would void the whole ticket. I had already paid with a credit card. No refund was made so I called again on 11-8, 11-18, 11-30, 12-12, and 12-19 and talked to a manager every time ( Amber and Amanda) and each time was told they would check on it and would call me back. As of today I have received no refund and not even one return call.

      Reason im Contacting is because i had went into ruby Tuesdays in Mt. Laurel nj a couple days ago. Haven't been there in a few months. Anyway I had ordered food. It was me my daughter and a family member. My daughter had a salad. Me and other family member had did the 2 for 24 thing. We picked a couple things that was an up charge. Which I think shouldn't be like that. But regardless of that. Food came out cold. It was sent back 2 times. The manager had an attitude. Trying to say it was cooked fine. Just because you say it was to you. To me when it came out. It was cold. He had an attitude. I'm like I will never step in here again. I use to work in customer service. And you want to keep the customer happy and to come back and tell others to as well. After that experience I don't think I'll be back. I think also what they use in the kitchen to cook. They might want to have inspected and serviced as well or replaced. And have the manager retrained or something. To be rude to a customer is just wrong.

      On November XX XXXX I placed an order online that came to 22$ so I waited a few minutes before leaving my house to give enough time for my food to be done. Once I got to Ruby Tuesday on American drive in Florence, South Carolina, I was informed that half the food I ordered was unavailable because they had ran out of it, because of this I said I din't want my order ( I was also somewhat upset because they could have called me and I wouldn't have went up there wasted my valuable time and gas money doing so) and would like my money back. I was then informed that they could not give me my money back due to the fact that I had put the order in online and used my card online so they would have to give the receipt to the manager the next day when they came in and it would take about 2 weeks. I have called over and over and have pretty much gotten the run around about my money. I'm tired of having my time wasted. I did not receive the food had no reason to tip the server I would like my money back and being completely honest compensated for my time attempting to get my money back. Being frauded out of my money is highly stressful to me especially in these times when money is having to be stretched as thin as it is anyway and yall aren't trying to make the situation better at all.

      I dined at your Orlando International Airport location on Sept XX XXXX at 1pm. I spoke to both a male and female hostess before even being seated and asked if I could use my Ruby Tuesday's gift card at this location and was clearly advised YES. After being sat and ordered a steak and rice, as well as wedge salad and two soft drinks that were extremely sub-par. The steak was grizzle and cooked so much it was like shoe leather and almost inedible. The wedge salad looked like it was dropped and then picked up, a big mess. We had two soft drinks also. When the server finally came to check on us I expressed my displeasure with the food. She said sorry, we are busy today and hands me my check. I then attempted to pay my check with my gift card and was rudely advised that they do not accept them. I asked to speak with a manager. After several minutes a woman in a blue shirt came to my table and said loudly so other guests could hear, "I hear you have a problem". I was so embarrassed. I explained the situation that I was denied gift card payment and she said "oh yeah we are a franchise". I said well your two employees told me I could use it without problem. Her response was "they are new employees". I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manger whom I had to ask her name MEGAN was too busy to address my concern but asked "where are you from?" then said there was nothing she could do/walked away. see pictures and I kindly ask that you reimburse me for the $49.84 spent at this location via check. I do NOT want another useless gift card. I also ask that you to speak to this manager about her unprofessional behavior and embarrassing a guest. I also ask that the owner contact me via email to ensure this manager has been talked to about her unprofessional behavior. Attached are photos of my receipt, food, and the disclaimer on the back of your gift card that states "redeem at an participating Ruby Tuesday's" According to two of your employees this was a participating location

      Ruby Tuesday - Spin to win promotion
      The most recent promotion offered by Ruby Tuesday is a a chance to wil $1,000,000,000. As an alternituve they offer free food. Chicken sandwiches, salad bar, cheese sticks, shrimp, lava cake, hogie sandwich. The add claims no purchase requird. I have had problems getting the coupon honored at the Scottsboro Alabama location. As I sit here today I am over hearing another customer be denied the use of her coupon as well. Why does Ruby Tuesday run a promotion they refuse to honor. We as customers log in and spin to win each day and some days noting is offered. The days we log in and spin and actually win an alternative to the grand prize of a free menu item we are hasseled by the employees and being told we can't use our coupon. I consider Ruby Tuesdays promotion to spin to win a scam. I didnt win the grand prize and I can't use the coupons I was emailed. Why offer a promo and not honor it. Scam.
