      I ordered two four wheelers for my little girls for Christmas on December 9th 2022. I have not received them yet. Cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone and I have emailed them numerous times and I got two responses back. Both saying that they would be shipped out soon and I would receive tracking number. Have not received nothing and now they're not answering my emails. I want a full refund or I'm reporting them to the law

      I have been waiting for 4 mo. to receive the correct paper work, ( MSO/MCO/DOT) communication is horrible, ***********************,( person who's emailed me) just said in one sentence "NO worries mailing Monday" then after months of emails, and sending the wrong title paper work, I get "sending it today" that was 2 weeks ago, still no paper work,I can't register, so that means I can't ride my motorcycle, its useless without the title, no one will answer phones, no call back, no email response, HELP

      I placed an order for a moped back in October 16, 2022. I received the moped in about 3-4 weeks. I found it suspicious that my motorized vehicle did NOT come with its title when delivered.Immediately I called their customer service number (only number on their website)**************. From there I was directed to fill out a request form on their website. After not getting any updates or title in the mail after a month I began to call customer service again. My calls were either answered and steered away with excuses or completely ignored.(as in I could leave a voicemail and never received a call back) fast forward 3 months later, I am calling relentlessly to customer service, sending emails (emails emailed are: ******************************** and ************************************** ) and calls were never answered and emails never returned. Finally on Monday January 2nd my customer service answered my call, and after realizing who I was the woman on the phone became upset and said she is not actually able to do anything but just note down calls. Therefore after begging for the title clerks business number she stated there is no title clerk but she can give me her managers personal number. (*******: *****************) after sending ******* a professional complaint and asking about my title status she left my messages on read. I asked her if she was aware of the situation and texted back yes and never replied for 1 week. I called her cell and she grew very frustrated with me and said she is too busy & that she makes up the titles herself and already sent mine a while ago. She promised to send a tracking number as ***************** was never received. After a week I let her know I didnt receive it and asked if I can speak with someone on the phone she proceeded to ignore me and texted me hours later saying I told you I sent it after asking for the tracking number she left my message on read. After checking their reviews I found many ppl have the same issue. Order number:14596

      On 11/27/2022 my husband and I ordered 2 go-karts from Warehouse ATV for $1,442.55 a piece for a total of $2885.10. We placed 2 separate orders so we could each pay for one. Both were showing in stock at the time of order, one pink and one black for Christmas gifts for grandkids. We received order confirmation and shipment information the next day for order #*****. It was received a little beat up but timely. The second order has been a nightmare. We received a call on 11/28/2022 that order #***** was out of stock but they still had pink and yellow in stock. we figured yellow would be okay for a boy, called back and yellow was out too. Fine send us pink we will take it apart and paint it. We have one but have 2 grand kids. It is now Dec 7 and at least 20 calls later the order still hasn't been placed and Warehouse ATV has been paid. When you do get a hold of someone the say they will get it taken care of but hasn't. We are running out of time to get it for Christmas or order from another business. This has been a terrible experience. Either send the go kart or give us our money back.

      I purchased a ******************* legal) motorcycle from wholesaleATV.com 10/21/2022. I waited the 2 weeks for shipping and when it was delivered I discovered they had not shipped me the correct bike. The bike they shipped me was a much cheaper dirt bike, incorrect model, and not legally able to register for road use. I contacted them to inform them of the incorrect model, and they notified me that I would have to pay shipping and restocking fee to have them ship me the correct bike. I emailed them and called them 20+ times now, and they are no longer communicating with me. I believe they have purposely shipped me a cheaper bike and now they are extorting me to pay hundreds of dollars in restocking and shipping fees. They are attempting to scam me out of restocking fees for a mistake on their part. Last Communication with the company, the lady told me their manager was sick, and after that I could no longer call them. I am attempting to dispute my charges but may not be able to until the merchant responds to my complaint. I provided proof of incorrect model and copy of invoice.

      I purchase a scooter from this company back I. July, I patiently waited for it to get delivered in September. The bike didnt come with paper work so I had to submit a request online to get me ***/ bill of sale. It has been two weeks now and the are withholding this information, I need this to get it registered. I have sent multiple emails, no answer. I have left messages no call backs. Anytime I get thru to an actual human they just tell me someone will call me back and I get nothing.

      I placed an order for a go kart on atvwholesale's website. The following day, I realized the go kart I ordered was too small for my nephew, so I wanted to select a different one to order. I called their number and spoke to a lady with a thick foreign accent in an attempt to amend my order to the correct one. She said she didn't know which one I should order and placed me on a long hold while she tried to ask someone which go kart I should order for a 5 foot tall kid. After about 3 or 4 minutes, she comes back and says to order such and such model. Well, while I'm on the phone with her, I'm on their website trying to find such and such model, but cannot find it. As I'm browsing the site, the lady on the phone with me is browsing as well. We both conclude that we cannot find the specific go kart I need to order. I then tell her that I wish to cancel my order. She then tells me she can't cancel my order and that the people who can are busy because they are short staffed. I explain to her that is not my problem and I want a refund. She then gives me a ******* area code (901) phone number to call ending in **** belonging to a "*******." Of course I call the number and get sent straight to voicemail. It's been a couple of weeks and they have not refunded my credit card. And no, they didn't even send the go kart I ordered, which I didn't want anyway because it is too small for my nephew. These people are crooks.

      I bought an ICE Bear ******** 50 from Wholesale ATV in ******* ** back in May. They have been totally inept at getting me the correct *** for the bike and that has led to my not being able to register it in ******. It is now October and I still can't ride the bike on the street.First they sent me a *** with 5 horsepower on it. The *** said I would have to register it as a motorcycle. I went back to them and they sent me another one with 2 horsepower on it. The *** said I would have to register it as a motorcycle because it was above 1.9. I went online and found specifications on the bike and it is a 1.9. I don't understand why they can't send me an *** with the correct information. I should not have to tell them what it should be. I requested a 3rd one and was told it was being expedited to me on September 19th. It is now October 3rd, I still don't have it.I have tried to contact them multiple times since I realized I am not getting the last *** and they have ghosted me.

      I made an online purchase with ATV wholesale for a dirt bike valued for $1,800. Chose to pick up item next state over drove to building during building business hours workplace of operations look like it had been moved with no updates on the website. Have called business at least *********************************************************************************************************************** it's employees. Of all the times I have called communication has been made once by me only to be told that the business was currently closed due to covid. Currently there is no shutdown the likelihood of a whole company having covid is unlikely I feel like I have been misled and lied to. There is still no definite date for pickup nor will the business return my calls of a schedule date.

      I did not know the product was preorder. Contacted wholesale atv immediately and was told I would receive a refund. It has been over 2 months and have gotten nowhere called regional manager ******* and got a voicemail
