I purchased the Apollo DBX19 125cc dirt bike on 6/11/2022 for $1, 396. The company stated in an email sent "shipping your in stock vehicle will take **** days, then you would recive an email with the traking ID" well those days passed by and I called them serveral time until they picked up. I asked them why havent i recived my tracking ID yet and whats the update. They then proceeded to say "shipping and handling will take 28 days and they would email me a shipping ID". I have been trying to contacted them till this day 8/22/2022 but they either dont pick up or they dont answer my email. I would like to recive what I paid for...Initial Complaint

I ordered scooter July 13,2022. Paid them by credit card that day. Had trouble getting it. They wouldn't hardly answer the phone several times. Tryed email again no answer several times. Got the scooter 7/21/2022. Then they sent the title Aug. 11,2022 but they initial it instead of signing it. The state would not except that said it had to be signed. I told them that and she said she would correct it and send anouther on. They sent a second one and it also was initial. So I send it back with statement that it had to be signed . Sent it in Aug 13. I don't think their going to do it right and I have waited sence July for all this to be done. I need the title. Can you please ask them to send it and to make sure that they sign it this time. Hello;
I am aware of your concerns. We have been trying to resolve the issue on the Certificate of Origin. I attached our conversation we has via email on issue relating to the title. There was never a response when we reached out asking about the initials. The second copy was signed and we were trying to double check to see if we were missing anything, but there was no ---response. We also never received the letter that was claimed to be sent back to us--keep in mind that there have been delays with the post office and it could be delivering at a later date.
We would love to resolve the issue and send out a title that is filled out correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot do that as of right now due to the chargeback that was submitted on August 17, 2022 against us. The scooter is in your possession and we have tried to work with you on the title. We understand that your patience has been wearing thin due to the issues you experienced since you first placed your order and we sincerely apologize. The chargeback needs to be resolved before we move forward.

I am rejecting this response because: I have responded to their email every time they sent me one. I would be glad to send you a copy of them if you wish. They had sent me a email saying I had put a chargeback on them from my bank, when I called the bank they said it didn't show any. But then the next day I recieved a letter telling me that they had sent a chargeback to them and I would get my money back in my account with in 3 days. So I emailed them today telling them about this and said I would pay them again if they would send me my title with a signed title because the state of Ohio will not acept one that is just initial. They have sent me 2 titles and both were initial. So I sent the last one back with a note telling them again that it had to be signed. This has been going on sence July 13,2022. They won't answer the phone when I would call to talk to them about it. I will gladly pay again for the scooter if they will just send me the title signed. I know if I send the money this deal with the title will contune. I also know that I have to pay them or I would be considered stealing it and I am not a thife. I have a perfect credit recored. I want to keep the scooter. But can't use it if I don't have the proper title. If you want my emails from them let me know and I will be glad to send them right away. Just tell me where to send them. Subject: Deceptive Trade Practices Dear FTC: The purpose of this letter is to report Wholesale ATV whom I believe is in violation of Federal Regulations for engaging in deceptive trade practices. A 50cc ************* was purchased over the telephone using a credit card. At the time of purchase, no return policies were disclosed, discussed, nor was I asked to sign anything. At the time of Delivery, the R+L Carriers called Wholesale ATV who emphatically stated that the customer cannot refuse the shipment and that he must work with customer service and technical support. Executive Summary: Wholesale ATV sent a 50cc ***************** bike via R+L Carriers and it was received in a damaged and inoperable condition (mechanically and electrically) on 6/28/22. R+L Carriers annotated the damage immediately via Claim # JC8280622011 / 220S6103.6 (Freight Bill # *********, date 6/24/22) and notified the shipper before unloading the bike. Wholesale ATV **************** was explicit in their directions that the customer MUST accept the bike and work with customer service on damages and separately with technical support to resolve any operational issues. On July 31 2022, Manager *********************** with Wholesale ATV stated via email I am working on a truck for the return of the bike, and charged my credit card the second time stating I never returned the bike. Requested Actions: (1) FTC Investigate the business practices of Wholesale ATV and rule on the legality of unreasonable terms and conditions used by the company with over 205 Complaints with the Better Business Bureau. (2) Issue a return authorization for the damaged and inoperable bike and refund $1,830.88 to my Capitol One Credit Card. On July 31, 2022, *********************** stated via email I am working on a truck for the return of the bike, and then she recharged my credit card on Aug 11, 2022, stating I never returned the merchandise. I canceled an order that said it was in stock and was long past due its promised delivery date and when I called numerous times and finally got a hold of someone to cancel my $4,000+ order they told me it would take up to 10 business days to get my refund so ok I waited, 10 business days pass and I hadnt got my refund I call back again to find out where my refund is, come to find out it was never canceled but my order was still not being delivered so I cancel again this time I demanded an email confirming the cancel and I did and it also says the charges are refunded, they said it will take 3-7 business days for my refund to hit well here I am past 7 business days and I still havent got my refund, This business has horrible customer service and they still owe me my money.Initial Complaint

I had my ATV ECU flashed by ***. He did the work and called me saying that it will ship right out. That was on 7/14/22 almost a month ago!!!They gave me a tracking # that doesnt work. After a week of no updates on the tracking number. I called the Number back that *** called from many times, finally a women called me back. I explained my situation. She informed me that *** doesnt work there ,he only rents the space on weekends. And that I will have to reach out to him. I begged her to call the owner of the business, and she did. She came back on the line 5 minutes later and said that,( the mail person has not been by, and they have my ECU in there hand, and will mail it out first thing Monday morning. I think this company is a scam. They don't answer their phone or emails. Once i receive my tracking number, it has not worked for a week. I tried to call/email them 7 days in a row with out luck. ON the 8th day of trying, i told the person, i was chatting with this company is a scam. I immediately received a call. During the phone call, i was told there were no managers to talk to, plus, they are moving to *****. Once again RED FLAGS. I then asked when my item will be shipped, and could not get an answer. I asked for a Managers phone number/voice mail and was told they dont have one. I asked for my money back and was told there is a restock fee. I told the young lady, your company did not ship me anything. Plus you can not tell me when they are going to ship. Also, your tracking number does not work for the shipment. My name is ***********************, I purchased a 200cc go cart buggy for my sons birthday. The buggy showed up June 2nd. Order #***** Since it arrived we have had nothing but issues. Once we got it together my son drove it for ***** mins, everything was fine until we started smelling burnt rubber, when he pulled it into the garage it was smoking and the cvt belt was fried. He also said he couldn't get the quad past 14 miles an hour. He is 10 years old 4'7 81lbs. I went online and bought 3 new belts using the same part number as the old one.The same thing happened to 2 more belts literally after 10 mins of riding. Now I immediately called, emailed, left messages on wholesale ATV's phone.. Nobody has helped me or even called me back or even emailed me. I filed a warranty claim, I took a video/pictures and sent it. still nothing from anyone. I am now sending an email to all your departments for help.I have never seen such poor customer service after spending $2500 dollars. Now this "paper weight" is sitting in my shop not running. i have already replaced 2 tires that came flat in shipment, i have replaced the battery which was completely dead and not working when it was shipped, add that with the *** belt and now i am very upset. That is A LOT of money, especially right now.for nobody to even contact me is an absolute joke.Wholesale ATV told me I am on my own. I preordered an *************** Vitacci 800 Watt ****** Racer - Mini" $851.99 on 1/24/2022. The preordered item supposedly will ship between **** weeks. They replied me on 5/19/2022 and 6/26/2022 by saying that it may be shipped already. I emailed them and call them once a day from 6/27/2022 to now and get no answer at all. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I found that the credit card company accepted my dispute. It looks like I should receive the refund by the card company. I assume I should see the refund from the coming credit card statement if no other issues.

I purchased a youth electric ATV in November of 2021. I uses a credit company called Affirm I been making monthly payments since December of 2021 I still have not received my product and I call the company and all I get is a recording saying that we will get back to you please leave your name phone and e-mail and we will get back to which they never return my calls two far I have paid 6 months on a 12 month contract no one from wholesale ATV answers the phone
