      On behalf of my wife and I she being included because it affects her as well . This company has caused so much irritation and exhaustion not knowing weather or not to even rely on them sending out a payment every week as there suppose to. This is the second time first time a payment came almost after hours this time on 10/7/22 there was no payment made at all, last payment was on 29th I am only on workers comp my wife had to get in touch with my workers comp attorney to let her also know I didnt receive a payment that that payment was going on our rent and now we could possibly be evicted! How hard is it to send payments out on time every week when not only me but others who are only getting that income to pay bills and survive and cant rely or trust Sedgwick to send payments not knowing if a payment is going to come or not is the worse ever no one should have to experience this this has caused so much stress and I want answers I definitely will be calling or sending a complaint to home office this is ridiculous when my livelihood is on line as well as my family

      On 09/05/2022, a Zipcar frontend my unoccupied parked car in the middle of the night. No one from Zipcar reached out to me regarding this issue so I reached out to ******'s insurance and claims department. After multiple calls where agents hung up on me, I finally was able to force an insurance claim number out from them. However, my car repair center said that they cannot start the repair until they hear from the insurance company so I continued to reach out to Zipcar. After multiple calls, I reached someone willing to help, who gave me a few Sedgewick phone numbers to contact. After almost two weeks of constantly calling the four numbers I received, each and every call always went to voicemail. Their voicemail claims that they will reach out to me within one business day, but it's been a whole week. I have left multiple messages for them to reach back to me, but up till today I still haven't heard back from anyone. My car is still sitting at the car repair center for a month now with no service done. The engine is ruined, my whole frontend is dented and I am ready to take legal action.

      ************************* does not answer any communication in a timely manner. We have been waiting for months for our claim to be resolved, and he thinks its appropriate to ghost everyone. Only response we have gotten in the past few weeks was an auto response when he was on vacation (for a fraction of the time we were trying to reach him) with a number to another employee who also doesnt respond. This company has terrible employees and business practices. Its not that hard to just email back with an update.

      This company is handling a claim where a product I purchased from their client caused property damage. I have followed protocol and reached out numerous times to communicate regarding the claim, upload docs, etc. They keep deleting my documents. I reached out to my assigned representative via message, they deleted that too. Now I can't contact her. They leave you on hold permanently when you call. This morning instead of calling me or contacting me, they closed my claim without explanation. Totally unprofessional.

      I have been working with Sedgwick, the insurance company for the last year and a half. They have been extremely unresponsive. The claim adjuster informed me that she would get written up and fired if she offered me a fair settlement. First of all, she interrogated me about my job and wanted to know what I did for a living. Then she offered me $5,000 to settle my case. I told her she was crazy for offering me that amount. Next, she offered me $15,000 to settle and I declined. She pressured me to sign a medical release and promised me more than $15,000 if I signed over my health records. Then she was on a leave of absence for several months and did not respond to my emails. The last time I spoke to the claims adjuster, she offered me $10,000 because she had forgotten how much she had previously offered me. I have been working with the director of claims for the *********** division. I have asked him on five different occasions for Sedgwick's formal claim procedure and the ***'s contact information. Each time, he has ignored my requests. He refuses to give me this information. Please advise me on which entity to contact to file a formal complaint about Sedgwick's lack of customer service and follow through as an insurance company. I have tried to email the *** after researching his name, but he has not responded to my emails either. I feel that the world should know that this insurance company is not there to help people like their motto claims, instead they will do anything they can not to help those who were injured and will experience pain for the rest of their lives.

      Hi my name is ******* 4A2208YK380-0001 I have a slip and fall case with family Dollar I've been trying to get in contact with ****** that reached out once a month ago I've been trying to contact them to contact the adjuster I even tried to look up my claim and I don't see any of it existing I have a claim number I'm out of work I answered myself pretty bad I live in ******* I need someone to get in contact with me I'm going to lose everything due to the negligence of the store I was going in shopping with my daughter and ended ** in the hospital with damage to my back foot and leg I need to speak with someone ASAP I've been calling leave a messages I even spoke with the lady supervisor still no response from her or her supervisor I am injured due to their negligence I need someone's help to get in contact with these people can someone please help me

      My Son was injured in a *******, ** Target store in June 24, 2022 or June 25,2022. Its was assigned to a representative from Sedgwick name ***************************** and she had failed to proceed the claim regarding his injuries and informed me September 2, 2022 that I would be informed about the next step because the store didnt respond to her request. I have yet to here from Sedgwick and continue to call in with no response. It is not fair to my son to ignore the fact that he was injured and Sedgwick refused to move forwarded with requesting any documentary evidence even from myself. So, I have reason to believe that nothing is being done and the issue remains to be set aside without any care to reach resolution.

      Best Buy delivered a refrigerator and ************** to my home on 9/7/22. They scratched and dented my brand new hardwood floors in two areas. I have filed a claim as instructed. I was told someone would contact me within two business days. At this point, it has been two weeks and *** made numerous calls and spoken with different people that know nothing. They keep forwarding to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. *** left my name, cell number and claim number on ever single voicemail *** left. Ive read reviews on this company online and seems that so many have the same issue.

      I paid for property insurance from when I rented a storage unit from Public Storage and it was burglarized along with 8 other units on April 28, 2022. There was nearly $5000 worth of property stolen from my unit and I filed a police report the following day on April 29, 2022 and followed the process for filing a claim with Sedgwick Claims Management Services on the same day (refer to Sedgwick claim #4A22059//vWY-0001). I have sent all additional information that has been requested by Sedgwick CMS and the last letter sent by them asked me to call them for additional questions. I have a log of nearly a dozen calls with voicemails and all have gone unanswered. There has been no resolution and they are now not taking my calls and not responding to any emails. This is troubling and unprofessional.
