      Feedback is a gift; its an opportunity to grow. Unfortunately, FedEx puts up all sorts of roadblocks to receiving that feedback. The only path to log a complaint, offer up constructive criticism, share a terrible experience that they could work to correct next time, is thru their ***** GoFedEx phone line. There is no transactional survey after a delivery. There is no mechanism to correct a wrong while it is still in play (prior to delivery). The GoFedEx phone line robo-routes us away from any live customer service; but ultimately will get you to a human if you are ************** lets discuss my interaction with that human. My situation: This is the third FedEx delivery in a month gone wrong. Each time, I paid for next day air, for signature at destination, and two of the three we had labeled Fragile handle with care. They shipped out in the morning, not like it went out at end of day. Each time, it took over 3+ days to arrive. I work from home, and was available and anticipating shipment delivery 7am to 11pm. On the first day late, I watched the FedEx truck drive right past my location on my security cameras. I have all this on video. At the end of the day, the driver marked it as attempted delivery, no one at business. The second day late, the driver, while arguing with someone on his cell phone, walks up, slams fragile package down, walks back and drives off. No signature attempted, no photo taken. I get an email from FedEx before end of day with a faked signature, and a blacked out photo of a delivery. There was a second time and same results. Again captured on security cameras. This third time, I had a construction crew counting on my package to arrive by Friday. It shipped Tuesday next day air. Wednesday, no show. Thursday, no show. I called the GoFedEx number and they did not have answers, could not help me, did not refund me, would not expedite my package. FedEx, you Lost My Business for life. My 13 companies are switching to ***!

      Filed a complaint with fedex about a package not being delivered. I was home and could see truck back up into my driveway but the driver never got out the truck. By the time I went out to retrieve my package off the porch he was gone and so was my package. They claimed they after looking into the matter they found my package was delivered correctly. I have pictures from a delivery two days prior and the one that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It looks like the driver took a picture inside the truck and stole my package. I have a ring camera but for whatever reason there is no footage of the truck in my driveway. I did ****** and there are devices that can mess with the signal. So buyer beware.

      Their trucks are filthy and my boxes are coated thick dust EVERY SINGLE TIME . I'm going to gave a talk with the company and tell them to send *** OR FORGET ABOUT IT !! *********, ****

      "0" stars is not an option apparently. My business has suffered from this company not delivering packages. Freight, express, ground have all misplaced orders and show it as delivered. We have many different businesses in our area and we have to search them all for our packages. They deliver us someone else's packages and we tell them to take it back and they refuse or just say they need to check something and drive away. I have asked our customers and vendors to stop using them moving forward. Because when i call and try to resolve the issue, they say it will be noted and addressed with the correct facility, but refuse to provide a manager or supervisor at the specific location.

      It seems Fedex has paired up with scammers like Citi Logistics and Ezclear. ******* is holding my package hostage and asking for the brokerage fee/bond fee, HST,Duties, Customs Tax, Disbursment fees etc.

      THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE UNIVERSE. I wish they did not exist omg I have order something 5 times through this **** company. There are always delays, package problems, the drivers can never find any location nor care to look or call. Now I order things for my office building for myself and staff and everything is being returned to the shipper. EVERYTIME I call to speak with some its the same excuses, like how can the shipper request the item back after payment like what the hell?!?! Doesnt make any sense. I dont have this much issues with ****** or **** Like its crazy. The company does not care as a courier ugh.

      My packages come out of this location to be delivered. My address has been established for going on a year now however the driver can never find our address. Multiple times they have delivered to the wrong address. Also multiple times Ive called and given specific instructions to find my address which was no help. The last package shipped through them I requested (twice) they hold at a location for me to pick to which they would not cooperate. Ultimately Ive had to request refunds for every package that was supposed to come from this location

      My package was delivered to two wrong people twice and my address is still the same and both times it was delivered to two different people and I filed a case and they closed it and I still havent received my package. I think the drivers are delivering to their friends cause it just dont sound right .

      Never trust anything to fed ex. They are the biggest liars. Did feel safe leaving a small package at my door. I didnt ask for your opinion. I ask you to leave it at my door no matter what. Never again

      their drivers LIE. They are LAZY. They just come to put a notice on your door then drive away. We work from home. And EACH AND EVERY time we have a package from FedEx, we get a notice saying we werent home for signature. The call center/customer service is useless as well. They dont are about complaints. Dont call them. Dont waste your time.
