      I paid $1620 for an exclusion service. I was told they would seal the entire house, match exterior paint with sealant, seal under siding, go over house with a fine tooth comb. First visit consisted of one crawl space vent sealed done sloppy. I brought to there attention 3 other access points easily found. They applied chalk not even sealing the holes entirely and causing excessive bleed to the exterior paint of the house. Inspector admitted the job was terrible. They were out two other times to fix after my complaints. Applied spray foam to exterior making the exterior look even worse. Now my phone calls are not answered. I could have completed the work they did for $50. I also paid for vapor barrier/dehumidifier instillation. More spray foam to the exterior, drilled into my brand new gutter without approval, and one room in crawl space was not completed. Total **** cost 5k. Holes in crawl space with pest entry were not sealed before vapor barrier was put down. **************** referred me to manager who will not respond. I was promised work that technicians were not properly trained to do.

      I have had the most amazing experience with the staff from Terminex - **********, ******** area. ****** is amazing and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I have/ had a german ***** problem. He knew how they probably got into my home, knew where the nests were, and knew where they moved after he attacked their homes. I can GRATEFULLY say that there is an amazing difference so far and I feel its only going to get better. Thank you ****** and Terminex for your help!

      Terminex is awful. Had them come out to my parents home for bed bugs and pt. close to $3000.00 and the bed bugs are still present. The manager told me that he someone must be bringing them in, which isn't true and he was going to send someone out for the last time. The first time I signed the contract and they came out, I couldn't get anyone to come out and then when I started calling everyday and had to call manager, regional manager they finally sent someone out but the technician stayed 5 minutes. They don't honor their contract and the job was not done properly and still stuck with paying them close to ****** monthly. Clearly they are only concerned about the money and # of contracts and not their clients!!!!

      Has been an ongoing battle with Terminix trying to get them to come to my house and honor the contract they had me sign First I was told by three different customer service representatives that my $250 quarterly would not change in price no matter what the technician said when he got to my house Then when the technician gets to my house its a completely different story he will not do the work without signing a separate contract for $550 on the first visit when I was promised 250 Then I proceeded to call customer service to see what exactly was going on and was told by customer service that $500 was way too much and that they would send a new technician specifically not this one rude technician who was money hungry fast track to the next appointment today Wednesday the 10th Got the entire house ready and took the day off of work to get ready for the technician By 11 AM I noticed no call from Terminix so I start to get worried and call them myself This is when I find out they have terminated my plan without giving me any sort of notice making me completely clean my house and take the day off of work costing me over $200 loss No help to get my plan reinstated I am choosing a different company after giving them to chances

      We had an inconsistent, unprofessional experience with Terminix. We continued to be told when someone was scheduled to come out and to follow up with giving us a call when this didn't happen was because they were short staffed. When we had times scheduled for the staff to come out sometimes we never received a call. One time when the staff member never showed it caused loss of work due to waiting during the time provided to us for the staff member to come out.

      TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I called to set up an appt for Terminex to come to one of my rental properties to spray for roaches and check for possible termites. The entire thing was a scam from the beginning. I made the appointment for them to come out. The guy gets there. I explain that I have seen live roaches around the fridge and in the bathrooms and where possible termite damage is. He informs me the termite inspection is a different appointment. I was not told that on the phone when I scheduled for them to come out. The guy proceeded to walk around and squirt a little spray here and there, barely spraying anything near the fridge or anywhere else in my EMPTY house where there is no furniture except for a refrigerator. He finished upstairs and goes down to my full size basement. He is down there in the dark without turning on any lights for less than 5 minutes. According to the paperwork, he used approx 8 oz of spray in a house of over **** sq ft. He was in the house for less than 20 minutes (including 5 min of chatting). The next day I go back to the house and there are live roaches . I call Terminex upset. I cancel my contract, was told that corporate would contact me and should get a refund in approx **** days. Neither happened. I called back and was told that my case was closed and there is nothing they can do for me and that I will not get a refund because services were rendered. I asked about the termite inspection I didn't receive and was told I hadn't been charged for that. The ***** service was for the approx $270 I was charged. Had I known I would never have agreed to that. I asked to speak to someone else and was told there was no one else I could talk to. Really! Since all this I called another company. They were in my house for almost ************************************** cabinets, along all the baseboard, every available area. There have been no live insects in the three weeks since. The service cost me half with no contract.

      Came out for initial treatment for ********* ants. 1 week later had recurring infestation in the house. Contract says if there is an issue to call and they will come out and retreat. 5 calls and 3 weeks later the company has not responded. When I call they tell me there is no availability. Yet they are sure charing my card the 100.00/mo fee. When I told them I wanted to cancel they said it would be a ******* dollar cancellation fee and they would come out and remove the bait stations. Funny how they cannot get out to treat but they can come out to remove something. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason Prefer to leave zero stars but the program forces me to put at least one in.

      Terrible service, I have wrote a review about this company on goggle and someone did contact me however just recently the company fraudulent took $2,400 dollars from my account that i didn't authorize. I stopped payment because the services rendered weren't acceptable. I am so frustrated and upset that they thought it was ok to take my money with my authorization. I have disputed with my bank but I will be going higher because this ridiculous. It never ends with Terminix, terrible customer service , terrible leadership , terrible business. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terminix doesn't care for their customers.

      I hired terminix for flower beds and drains. One problem after another with them and their communication . Lies, excuses, no communication. Treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. My contract said would not be billed until job complete. Immediately billed and job was not complete. Not only was it me but a friend hired them as well. She continues to not have her job complete. I hired them for a family member to spray., Again not complete. I have left message after message. I have emailed. Nothing. No response.
