      CALLED THEM ABOUT A "FLY" PROBLEM. SENT A SALESMAN INSTEAD OF A TECHNICIAN. HE EXAMINED MY CRAWL SPACE AND REPORTED I NEEDED AT LEAST $10,000 OF REPAIR. ALSO REPORTED I NEEDED TERMITE, RODENT,ANT,SPIDER,ROACHES, AND OTHER SERVICES. I WAS CHARGED $115.00 AND SIGNED A I YEAR CONTRACT WITH AUTO-PAY FOR THIS AMOUNT. SIGNED 7/12/2022. I HAD 3 DAYS TO CANCEL WITH NO PENALTY. ON 7/16/2022 A TECH CAME AND INSERTED TERMITE TRAPS AROUND MY LAWN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I CALLED THEIR SO -CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO A REP IN THEIR RETENTION ***** WHATEVER THAT IS. I WANTED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT. SHE TOLD ME TO SIGN AND DATE THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION AND FAX IT TO THE BRANCH OFFICE IN *******, **. AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SIGNATURE I WAS INSTRUCTED BY HER ABOUT OUR CONVERSATION AND SHE WOULD EMAIL THE BRANCH MANAGER. THIS WAS NOW 7/21/2022, SIX DAYS PAST THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL. I CALLED A LOCAL EXTERMINATOR HERE IN ************ AND WITH ONE VISIT MY "FLY" PROBLEM WAS DONE. I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY STOPPED ALL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT A MONTHLY PAYMENT VIA AUTO-PAY. I AM NOW TALKING TO MY ATTORNEY. THEIR SALES PRACTICES ARE CRIMINAL. MY HOME HAS NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS WITH SO-CALLED INVESTATIONS. TO REPEAT AND CLOSE, THEIR SALES PRACTICES ARE CRIMINAL AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE.

      Terminix in Key West is the the worst service company I have ever had to deal with!! Would not complete services that were agreed to and paid for, lousy workmanship on services they performed, never to this day ever returned a call to address my concerns, not even corporate office after I filed a complaint! Go anywhere but here for termite service, THE WORST!!

      I have had termite control for one year, I had to call them up to come out, they canceled 3 appointments.I purchased general pest control in may, the lawn got sprayed around my house for about 10 minutes, never did the lawn. My lawn is full of bugs and ant hills. In June we asked them to come back out, they have no warning and said they would be out in the next hour, we had to cancel that one for to having a birthday party in the backyard. We rescheduled, they never showed up. Now it is august, I mowed through a ground bee nest, they said they would be out next Tuesday, that was fine. They canceled, till the following Tuesday. I called and informed them I have family that is allergic to bees, they said they would be out Saturday. Guess what nope, they said next Tuesday again.Account including termite canceled, worst service from a company in years. No communication and change dates without you knowing. Lady on the phone tells me she cant cancel my services until they come out and get the termite traps. Called my bank and put a stop payment for anything terminix. They broke their contract with me, my termite was supposed to have been done in July.

      Worst company! Scammers! Signed a contract a year ago. Paid an extraordinary amount of money for preventative care and treatments. No one has ever come out to provide care. MANY appointments were set, yet no one ever comes, no one ever calls. When I call to inquire I am always told the technician has an emergency. Yet their records document a visit and service was provided. Liars! Scammers!! Beware.

      ******** ********** is the worst office. The Manager blows you off saying he forgot. Had Terminix for years have damage from termites. They came out repaired some but won't repair rest. They mothered new wood to bad. Called and sent letters to corporate. Nothing.

      what a bunch of thieves! This company should be shut down. Had a mouse problem and these fools didn't catch one mouse. Sent a guy out to patch holes outside the house, and he was here for a hr. My house is 100 yrs old, lol. I told him there is no way you patched all the holes. Long story short, all the above that ppl have been complaining about happened to **** called the main office down south and when i said i wanted to cancel, she said you can't and hung up the phone. I cancelled my CC and got my money back because i told the bank what happened.

      Horrible customer service. They never return calls. I have been trying to get a refund for a service that was canceled back in the early part of July 2022. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason

      I use another company for regular pest control insurance with no issues, but decided to shop around for termite protection for pricing reasons. WHAT A MISTAKE!! First, the inspector tells us that they might be in our walls already to send us into a panic. He tells me Ill be paying $350 for them to spray inside and $70 a month to set bait traps outside. They come set the bait traps up, no one ever comes to spray the inside. I call at least 10 times to ask them to spray the inside and instead they send another inspector. This one is super nice and helpful and lets me know I live in a high swarm area, and they wouldn't cause infestation. Thats great, but then I need my money back right? Wrong. They REFUSE to give me back what I was told was for inside spraying. I call a million times, someone agrees to give me my money back and then stops responding to my correspondence. I ask them to just cancel everything and refund me the unused portion. Still wont. They didnt even show up to pull their bait stations when I asked them to. And now I receive another **** for $350. These people are liars, scam artists, and thieves. They will not call you back, and if they make a decision you wont like they dont even have the backbone to call and tell you. They have been sued for their horrible refund and cancellation practices like 10 times, yet still continue to do the same thing. Next stop FTC, and I have contacted a lawyer. I just want everyone to know EXACTLY what to expect from this company,

      Terrible company. I was charged for a pest service that did not work and I still had pests in my house. When they said they would come spray again for free as that was company policy, they scheduled the next spray so far away (2 months later) and so that "free" service was considered a paid service since it was 20 days away from the next quarter. I did not choose to have that service be scheduled so late and was charged for it. On top of that, I have been jerked around trying to schedule the annual termite service scheduled. Once they received my money, they never tried to schedule the appointment and then told me it was scheduled for 7/25, then they never came. So then I called back and they said it was never scheduled, then scheduled it for today, and no one has come. Complete waste of time and money. I have cancelled pest service, and will be cancelling termite.

      Price not agreed on, service was not fully complete, not able to get a call back from local manager or home office manager. I have spoken to the home branch and discussed my issues and the price and services that were supposed to be done and also talked about all the canceled appointments. I even received an email regarding the service that was done, with photos and in black and white it shows that all services were not complete. I was guaranteed a phone by the local branch manager or the home branch manager that was supposed to happen on 1 August. To discuss this matter. No one called me. At this point I have no other recourse to retrieve my money. Terminix has not returned my calls and always refuse to allow to speak to a manager. I have several request. At one time the representative in the customer service department said to me. I do not have a manager.
