1 starThey lie about there service. I was told my the representative and the technician that if I still have a problem after the first treatment that they would IMMEDIATELY come back out. Lies lies lies. I canceled my service with them.Review fromMannyD

1 starI had asked to cancel my account with no charge. Due to the fact they could not cover my attic like the sales rep. **** me they would. I had to contact customer service multiple times to try and get the matter resolved. I was told to give the manager of the branch 48 hrs to follow up with me. It took the manager 96 hours for the follow up. I was told from the branch manager the account will be canceled with no charge. A week gos buy my account got charge $107.49 , mind you I no longer had service done and still got charged. Then now July 25,2022 I get a notification for a payment of $1079. Why am I getting charged if the branch manager told me he would cancel my account with no charges. I called customer service to speak to the branch manger , or the regional manager or district manager. Only thing I got was I have to wait for their call.Review fromNathan B

1 starThis is the most dishonest company I have encountered. They do not honor there portion of the contract and essentially steal your money betting that you won't take them to arbitration. Do not do business with these people.Review fromPedro B

Terrible company. Make cancellations difficult and will threaten to report you to credit bureaus if you do not pay their bogus charges. I will never use them again and will warn everyone I can to stay away.Terminix

1 starThis fiasco started in ************** were to do work totaling $10kthe extrapolation was not done and I have made numerous calls because the finance company SMAC is still billing me for the 10k which is incorrect. I have spoken to their customer service and they told me that **** has been adjusted. I should only be billed for the termite baits and closing the holes around my house which they did a very poor job and rats were still getting in my attic. I called for them to come back out. I have spoken to customer ******************** reps ***************************************************** who all stated a mgr would contact me with ***** Hrs. Once again I explained to Fredvthe Branch Manager that my **** is not $10k because they cancelled the services and the work was never done. Never heard another word. I tried to talk to SMAC the finance company who said they have to have the adjustment from Terminix. My last conversation was with **** who stated that he can see where I only owe $1293.30 but yet I am receiving this 10k **** and to make matters worse they are billing my credit card monthly amount of $223.84 in which I will dispute. I am only asking for a corrected **** which **** the branch mgr said the credit company said I would have to do new paper work.bi said exactly because my monthly payment should not be this much. I really just want to pay what I owe but I need an adjusted ****..a manager to get this straight and if my credit score has been impacted..I need a letter to them as well. I dont understand how these reps understand but nothing happens-your management team ****. I will not let this go and if I have to hire an attorney I will. If they can see where adjustments have been made on my account, why do I not have an adjustment on my end. This has been going on way to long and my patience has run out. 1 starI have called three times, trying to cancel a Terminix contract for termite baiting that in 10 years hasnt found a single bug. The first thing they demand to know is why. Then they cant give me an appointment to remove the traps. This after transferring me and putting me on hold for a half hour. I sold the house. The new owners want nothing to do with Terminix. It should not be this difficult to cancel a contract THAT IS UP FOR RENEWAL ANYWAY. Sadly, my next call is to the *********** attorney generals office. I will allow termites to eat my new house to the ground before I hire this outfit again. Their customer service is godawful and sure feels designed to cheat people.Review fromBob K

1 starI have a service complaint and have left numerous messages with the Terminix phone number. I am continuing told that they will call me back and they never do. I am repeatedly told that they will show up and they have not. The supervisor in ********* has been extremely rude and told me they do not want my business. 1 starTerminix had come to my house for a free inspection 2 weeks ago. They didnt call or email me a date for when my issue would be solved, instead I had to call them, thats when the lady who had answered admitted they forgot to call. Mind you, the day the came to my house I paid $1914 before anything had been done. My appointment was set up to be this week, when I get a text saying it would have to be canceled. I told guy if I couldnt be rescheduled by today I wanted a complete refund (I have a great lawyer) thats when he called and scheduled me 3 days after my cancelled appointment. I know life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled sometimes, but this company has given me nothing but excuses and they have already taken my full payment without anything ever being done. *********** **Review fromReginald T.

1 starThe worst customer service i have ever dealt with. They want to charge me for work that I never had done. Will not return phone calls to discuss the problem and change services with notice. I have tried at least eight times to speak with someone but all I get is bounced around from one department to another with a promise to help. I contacted terminix because I felt I had mouse problem. On July 7th a fellow did arrive and went through my home and said I had many mouse droppings and that I also had a groundhog under my deck. i do not believe I have a groundhog!!! I was told it would be ******* plus tax which I paid. The next day a fellow showed up and put 4 mousetraps in my attic. I was told they could not trap the groundhog since they only had 2 traps and both were being used. He was to return to remove the traps in the attic the following wednesday. He has not shown up. I do not know if I have 10 decaying mice or no mice caught !!! I did call terminix to issue a complaint and was told they would reply in two business days ....I still have not heard from them!! I am furious!! Today is July 19th and I have not had any follow up at all!!!!Terminix

Aug 17th I still have not heard from a manager. Received VERY POOR attention from Terminix. Have not heard from them in almost 2 weeks again leaving mouse traps in the attic...are there are dead rotting mouse up there
