  The ********** ******* Terminix is terrible! 4 x they did not show up for an appointment. When we tried to call and cancel service with Terminix we were placed on hold and no one ever picked up. Seriiously 4 x's...no show!

  If zero was possible I would give it , I contacted them to resolve a bat issue in my attic. I agreed to pay ***** for a new insulation and the old one tooken out, a dumpster fee since the owner left all her belongings there, and am extraction fee. Well first day there wasn't a dumpster in sight and they didn't take any old insulation out just put new on top and they covered the entry holes up. Now the bats had no way out. They promised a bat door and house that wasn't given either. Now the bats had no where to go so now they are in our living space with my and my children 6 yrs old, 13, 16 and the 16 yr old gets noses bleed every time they are near. We could even use the bathroom. My 6 yr old was using a trash can. Of course we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Well when we did they gave us money for the insulation fee . The next day the bats were flying n the house during the day time the assistant president *** out since the press was on vacation. He was helpful and he gave us money back for the extraction so now our **** was down to 600 or so. But the bats werent gone. So the president decided to give us the dumpster and full insulation and bat house and door but took all the refunds away. We now owe ***** for a job that wasn't done right the first time. I am not paying nothing

  Not Recommended , I am preparing a file to *** them in court, Expensive than average , not responding to bad service , not commit to termite treatment when you have just they canceled my service without solving my problem!

  I do have termites after 3 treatments. technicians came with bad actitud,denied that I do have those, and do the spray superficially. The last technician sprayed the glass windows!!!!

  A complete DISASTER. Terminix should write a how-to book on HOW NOT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. NOT TOO SURPRISED AFTER READING ALL THE *************************************** REVIEWS. BIT, consistency IS a virtue: all the reviews state being ripped off, paying for services NOT rendered and horrendous customer service. Same story here: they charged me for the initial service call the same day we spoke on the telephone, which is a violation of their policy, which states they will not charge until service is performed! And, then they no-showed for that 1st service call. Then the service manager did not return three voicemail messages left. And even after calling back their call center. Detailing this ridiculousness, still NO call back to attempt to reschedule. They have their money and never did anything for it. Total Thieves! They will soon find out they have started a war with the wrong person.

  Very disappointed with them. Was told they were coming but no show or call to cancel or reschedule. This happened multiple times. No one seems to care. Asked to speak to a manager but no one seemed able to connect me. Will not recommend them to friends or family.

  Absolutely horrible. They missed 2 appointments and when i inquired about the second the time was wrong again. This was after talking to the branch manager ***. The service associate and I are leaving messages and he wont return the call. Do not use this place. I had a company within an hour complete what I needed.

  I had the most horrific experience with Terminix. The possibility of bugs in my home were Not the pest. There was so much unprofessionalism from the start and it only got worse the higher up it went. They ran my credit without my permission. They tried to set up a charge account for service when I only asked for quote. Even after filing this, they continue to make charges to my card but never provided services. This went on for a couple of months. The manager in ********** was not only rude but aggressive, calling and demanding to know why I was refusing service. I called about termites, to get a quote. They set up a plan to insulate my home and redo the attic, treat roaches and pests, termite service when I asked for a quote for termites and to check and see if there were active ones. I was TOLD what I needed and not what I was asked for. I was TOLD there were active termites. 2 other services and a health inspector confirmed there were NO active termites, nor had there been for some time. I'm not sure who Terminix hires but they are pushy and bullies and rude and treat women and LGBTQ very badly. Once things were progressing in the right direction, for once and proper credits were finally applied. (after being told they would and never did and then making charges for the amounts the credits were to be so those also had to be reversed) I have asked to be removed from all contact from Terminix. No one else is allowed at my home,. no more calls, no more mailing, no more ads. Since that verbal and written formal request I have been bombarded with letters, calls, ads in the mail etc. It's almost as if they have a history of harassing people based on the previous and on going law suits. I want to be removed and Never contacted again by anyone or anything to do with Terminix or any of their affiliates. Buyers be **** and avoid this company for your safety and security.

  Signed contract for pest and termite service and only the termite guy came and did the installation of the stations. He said pest control was a separate department. I called I emailed from Thursday when initial service was suppose to be done. Nobody contacted me until today Wednesday. He never apologized never attempted to make it right. Just said well the earliest I have is next Tuesday. Thats not ok for me. I requested to cancel my service and he said ok call the national number. So thats what Ive done. I would never recommend this company (out of ********) and will update this if I dont get a full refund like requested.

  This company guarantees no spiders no bugs I had them for about 3 years and in the past year they wouldn't even make they wouldn't even call to let me know they were coming they would just show up and then do the outside I've got major bugs and wolf spiders and I've already been bitten before they have terrible technicians and terrible service
