      I was charged for services I didn't need and after a year of paying I wanted to cancel. I was quoted $99 to test just pests, ants were my main concern. They overcharged me by almost $80. When they realized their mistake they told me they would take care of it. I never received my refund. The ant problem was never fixed. I then asked for a full refund because it's a waste of money. I was told I'd get that and still never did. I've called multiple times and keep being told I'm getting the refund but nothing.

      I am very disappointed in Terminix. I called and scheduled and appointment for the next day, and then was there for the time span given when the technician ********* would arrive. But the guy never showed, and I had to call to find out what happened. They told us they don't remove squirrels, but my neighbor had just used them to perform the same service a couple of months prior. The poorest customer service ever - no apologies and lame excuses.

      The techs that came out didn't even know what they were doing . Difficult to communicate with them. Locked into an expensive contract for one year. Will NEVER use this company again. The salesman *************** us! Go with a local company! Thought we were paying for the year in advance then starting receiving monthly payments on top of our $1200 plus dollars we paid initially. Always get three estimates! ****** learned.

      If I could - I would give them 0 stars.They came out and we had rats. we went ahead and went forward to use them to get rid of them. We were told everything would be done mid-May.We were then told they would be out June 5 to remove all insulation and re-blow insulation.Nobody showed.My husband called and contacted them. They informed us there was a re-schedule, that we were not informed about, because they don't do that kind of work on a Sunday.Then told my husband they wouldn't be able to get to us until the end of June. My husband told him no that we were told that it was important that this was taken care of due to the health of our children and ourselves, so we went ahead signed up with them and now we aren't receiving the what was promised via the guy that came out and talked to us.We told them we wanted to cancel - you can't do that on the phone with the customer service rep, and they wont give you the number to a manager.. They have to send an email to the branch manager to call you back. Half the time they dont call you back. My husband has spoken to a manager 3 times about cancelling. They "cancelled" our services, but i have yet to see a refund to our card. I got online to our account. They haven't canceled our services, just the insulation.. and we can't get a phone number to call the branch directly because they "don't have a phone line at the branches".This is horrible service. Do not use them.

      I have had a contract with them since March. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and don't let you know they are not coming. Have had to have them return within a week. Spiders ants not even taken care of. Don't get ripped off by them. Bad service

      In April of this year we contacted Terminix looking to get quotes for dealing with our ant and wasp issues. We were told a hold would be put on our card, and we would be speaking about signing up for an account and all the terms that came with that if all went well after they looked around. When they showed up, they said they were going to look around and also spray, free of charge. At some point during all of this, we were signed up against our wishes for a subscription and no explanation was ever given. We never agreed to recurring payments, we never signed any agreement (in fact we found a copy of the paperwork filed online that shows we never signed), and we are still fighting three months after the events just to get the account cancelled, forget about any kind of refund. Just today we called and was asked if we realized that cancelling early would trigger an early cancellation fee. Hard to know that when we never signed the paperwork to consent to begin with.They still haven't cancelled the account. We're waiting to hear back yet again.This company can clearly only get business via shady fraudster tactics, and keep it via runarounds. Avoid at all costs. We'd rate a 0 if we could.
