      They dont even deserve the one star!! They are unprofessional and unreliable. They dont show up for appointments and they wont tell you when they cancel. Sometimes the technician reschedules you on his own to finish his day early, despite the fact that you had confirmation for the time you wanted. The worst thing is that they are dishonest and say they were at your house already.when you know they never did. Our house was never free of ants, earwigs, spiders or scorpions despite monthly treatments. These guys are terrible!! ********************* on them!!

      Not going well. At time of first inspection the technician found less then 10 bed bugs. Terminix has a 6 month guarantee and have been doing follow *** about every 2 weeks. Now 4 months in and it seems the problem is getting worse.they said to document and keep any found bugs in baggies. Every time the tech comes he says he finds no signs of activity yet I keep waking up to bites and find live bugs. This in not good service.

      For years I paid $400 a year to Terminix for a termite bond. Since 2008, I have paid more than $5000 and now they are refusing to properly take care of the termite. On 6/16/2022 I asked for a tech from Terminix to come and look at my house. The tech indicated that we have termite but it is normal he said that a manager will call me. No one called. I called the office. They said a manager will call in 48 hours. 72 hours later, I called again and manager refused to talk to me at first and they said they would do a treatment. I said that I have talked with two other companies and they said we have to tent the house because they cannot locate the termite to treat a particular location, I asked to speak with a manager for the second time. I spoke with someone that said he is not in front of his computer and does not know anything about my house and said they would do a treatment and avoided the conversation about tenting the house.

      Waste of my money, my time and I never heard back from a service manager. The payment after the assessor came out was $325.00 and I was told I would be charged only after the work was completed. That was the first lie, I was charged at that time. I called the company to ask why I was charged before the work was completed and that never cleared. The company never tried to accommodate me with scheduling a time to come out to my home. I was sent a text telling me when they were coming out and the person was two hours late. I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate them. The next day I noticed I still had the bees, I called the company to try to schedule another appointment. I was told I would have someone came out as soon as possible, that was the second lie. I called back everyday for the first three weeks trying to contact someone to come out and was told the some thing that someone would call me to make an appointment. The third lie I was told, I received a text saying that someone just completed the work at my home. I was home and the all the gates were locked and I have I dog, my dog would have told me someone is near our home. I called the company to tell them about the text, I was told another lie that a service manager would call me within 24 hours. That was the next lie, no one called. I called again to speak to a service manager and was told again I would receive a call from a service manager. I paid out of pocket another $100 and purchased bee killer and took care of the problem. No one has yet to call me back. I tried to leave zero stars, but the system is not allowing me.

      I have been with terminix for over a year and I still have a mouse problem. They are slow to respond to my requests for appointments, frequently cancel, and when they finally do come they basically only look at the bait traps and insert more bait. They don't do inspections to see where the mice could still be coming in from. Their solution seems to be just put the bait and the mice will find it eventually and die but I don't want to have hundreds of dead mice in my walls. I do not recommend this company. I now have to hire another pest control firm to take care of the matter.

      The most horrible manipulative company. They are great when they want to sign you a year program. And then they provide the most horrible customer service, The technician came. Had no clue what he was doing. Could not answer any of my questions or concerns. And then just left. The whole day I was calling their customer service and their only response somebody will call you in ***** hours.I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You are crooks!

      I have been trying and trying for the past few months to get someone back in my home for treatment after the first technician failed at there job there. They have been putting it in there system someone has showed up and they have not! I paid almost $3,000 CASH! This company needs out of business! Its a scam!!

      Terminix is the worst company ever! My credit card was charged $360.18 I called to tell them I no longer owned that house and to have the service cancelled and reverse the charge to my credit card. That was on June 8...it's now June 23 and the credit to my card still hasn't been done. I've talked to so many people and get a different story every time. A supervisor is never available to speak with and they never return the call!

      What started out to be an ant treatment turned into a big mess with Terminix in ******, ****. One person told ** we most likely had termites, a salesman came and checked and stated we definitely had termites for 6 months, the technician came to treat and said we did not have them and called his boss. Do we have them or not? We feel like we have been exploited. My husband and I allowed them to place the sticks down because we did not know what to do at the moment since my husband had a cancer surgery scheduled in a day and a half. Since then, they have charged a credit card from 4 years ago when we used then, the credit card we presently gave them, and have sent us a mailed **** this week for an amount we do not even know what that is for. We have tried to get a detailed email or mailed ****, a statement saying we did not have active termites on the day that they checked and get mailed bills. We paid the initial ****** on a credit card because we thought they deserved that. Our credit card is denying future charges until we get it resolved. We cannot do this because no one in charge will speak with us. They have even hung up on us. There have been numerous calls and several emails to them. One person stated we were stuck in the contract for a year, but could get out for a cancellation fee of over $1000.00. There is a 3 day cancellation policy, but that would have never worked for us. Someone came on a Wednesday 4/21/22 and treated for ants, sales person came 4/23/22 and stated we had termites and a technician came to treat the termites the next week on 4/27/22 and he said we did not have termites. No manager will speak with us or call us back, they have technicians try to deal with it and that is not their job. We have no problems with the technicians, just the company. We just want to be done with them and do not want any kind of contact from them ever again. *** & ***************************
