      I've been a loyal Terminix customer, trusting their protection plan after an inspection in August 2024 declared my home termite-free. However, I later discovered clear signs of termite activity in an area the technician had overlooked. The branch acknowledged the oversight but initially offered only a $1,700 credit towards the $8,600 fumigation cost, essentially refunding what I'd already paid without fully addressing the issue.?They attributed the problem to a "pre-existing condition," contradicting their original report. Had they identified it during the initial inspection, I could have addressed it earlier and potentially avoided further damage.?After expressing my concerns, the branch manager, ****, contacted me and proposed a 50/50 cost split for the fumigation, requiring me to pay approximately $4,300 out-of-pocket. I accepted this offer and requested that the two previously treated gazebos be included in the upcoming service. As of now, I'm awaiting confirmation on the inclusion of the gazebos and the scheduling of the fumigation, which is crucial for arranging temporary accommodations for my family.?Despite the earlier oversight, I continue to trust Terminix due to their strong reputation and generally positive customer feedback. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue and hope for a satisfactory resolution soon.

      Do not I repeat do not use this company called them out last July 20 24 for a termite issue had the inspection. He said we did not need to tent they could do another treatment paid $1500. That would take care of my termite issue here it is May 2025 termites are back full force Thank you no problem. Its under warranty. Spectre comes out today to tell me now its a different type of termite they want to charge me another $1900 for treatment supposedly a discounted rate and to maintain I have to pay $450 a year on top of the 250 for the previous treatment I had my problem is the same complaint I had in July is the same complaint. I have now the same termites no change and the treatment did not work. And then the inspector tells me that it would never hold up in a quart because the contract clearly states they treated me for drywall termite.OK, wow the problem I was having last July thats what the *** said needed to be treated now Im having the same problem and shes telling me its a whole different type of termite not only did they do this to me they did the same exact thing to my niece who lives in *******

      If I could give zero stars I would.I called to cancel my termite service on 3 March. Instead of canceling me, they reinstated my contract, sent me a bill for -more-than a full year of service all at once. and marked it PAST DUE.Obviously, not wanting this to affect my credit, I called immediately on the 31st, and was assured I would receive an immediate call back from the regional **************** as the agent could not solve the issue.Not receiving any call, I called every single day through 4 April trying to get someone to call me back. On that final call, the customer service agent I spoke with was magically able to cancel the account, or in their lingo debt recall my account and send me an email stating that I did not owe them any money. And also promised me a call from the regional manager.I still have not received a callback, nor a final statement that proves that my account has been closed and the balance is zero.Not only would I not recommend the service because of this, but I am following through by contacting the ************************. Better Business Bureau, and whatever is left of the ************************************, but I am also contemplating contacting the ************** to lodge a charge of mail fraud. I have never dealt with a company, so absolutely unresponsive to solving a problem.For the record, however, every agent I spoke with (Ember, ***** ******** Fannie, ***** and ********) was helpful, friendly, and understood the issue. This is a complete failure of management.

      I had terminix services in 2024. Suspended service in the winter due to not wanting to spend $35 a month for ant control that was not needed. Spring of 2025 i contacted them to reinstate services and was told they would not give me service. To bad for them I decided to support my local business instead. So no I would not recommend them. All this told me was unless you continuously give them money for months that are not needed they think they are punishing you.

      Said schedule at our time but it was at their time.First 4 visit had men who treated house for 15 minutes.Said would take of the problem and not leave til problem was resolved. Never got resolved. Still have them.Talked me into a ***** contract.The later into the contract the less they cooperated. Very dissatisfied. Still got bugs and still paying on the loan.They lied.BEWARE!

      The actual service technicians are professional and good at what they do. The company itself and the billing practices are abysmal. They encourage auto pay, however, their autopay system did a partial payment for 3 monthly payments over the last 7 months since enrolling. Calling a customer representative to discuss billing repeatedly states they they cannot see that money is owed and confirms that card is on file for autopay. They then send account to debt collectors stating that money is due. **************** is only willing to take payment and state a message will be sent up the chain for escalation. They insist that they cannot connect you or give you a number to discuss with a supervisor for privacy reasons. Each message was ignored. The only calls back were ever notification that money is owed despite repeated calls and website complaint attempt and not an attempt to rectify or explain the problem. Insistence on early termination of contract finally created an actionable attempt by service reps. ************* the initial contract was suddenly inaccessible at this point through their initial email. They apologized for my feelings of frustration but no employee took responsibility for their repeated failure with auto bill pay or apologized for their company's failure. There was also zero attempt to provide recompense.

      O stars should be giving. I had a great sales man when he showed up and did a free inspection. After that never heard from him or terminex again. Have called and texted the guy and left voicemails. Even was told the big boss manager will be calling me back within 24/48 hours and it's been a week and still no return call nothing. A joke. So don't waste your time people. I'm talking about the ********* md location.

      Worst company dont get trapped. This is worst then Orkin. They dont want with your schedule. They just show up to your house. Are they expecting for me to leave my door open! I wanted cancel and still was being charge. After I called to settle my bill they told me an amount I agreed to pay. Now Im charge double the amount with my authorization.

      Terminix is terrible in work and customer service. They overprice, too.Their employees are inexperienced and keep quitting or are fired shortly after. You can never reach them. They just abandon their ************ project is still unfinished, and yet no one cares to follow up. I texted the third ******** *** *********. No response. I texted Shyloe. No response. I wonder if they are still with ************************* one word, do not use Terminix.

      Approximately one year ago we contracted with Terminix to seal our crawl space from rodents. They took forever to complete the job. They were to follow up with dead rodent recovery and set new traps until the problem was eradicated. We had to call them every time for follow up, and that resulted in several "no shows" on their part. We are still waiting for resolution. They have recently (within the last month) once again failed to arrive for their appointment twice.. I would never recommend them and don't see how they stay in business. I'm also going to file a complaint with the ******************************* Board and demand a refund of some kind.
