      Southern Roofing and Renovations did an outstanding job replacing our roof after hail damage. From start to finish, they worked seamlessly with our insurance company, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.The new roof looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier with the result. A special thanks to ************************, ***************************, and the office manager ************************* for their exceptional service and professionalism. It was a pleasure managing our project with such a dedicated and efficient team.

      Im seeing roofing done on a house across the street, and I can truly understand why my roof leaked/buckled after a few years on a 30 year roof. Southern Roofing didnt do half of the things I see being done on this roof. Very poor quality work I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

      Jared Cole with southern roofing and renovations did an excellent job from start to finish. He worked closely with my insurance company to make the process as painless as possible. The job itself was completed in 1 day and was beautifully done.

      This was the worst experience with a company ever! The roofing project started around March 2023. This company has not done the complete job as to this date March 2024. Southern Roofing practically stole material; thinking that I would not see the old material that was not replaced but paid for. Southern Roofing milked and begged the insurance company to the point that the Insurance told me that they had given them all that they were going to give them. The job is still not complete. They have left a very bad taste in my heart for them.Southern Roofing said they had done work that they did not do. Insisted on the fact that certain work was not covered when the insurance company consistently said that it was in the contract. They are not honest in their dealings. So, I warn anyone who does business with this company to be aware of what they do not what they say. They will attempt to get around the contract at your expense.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I was lied to from the beginning but wasn’t aware of it until it was too late. The biggest lie being that I was told by the salesman that I could have a ridge vent installed for $890, then when a different guy came by so I could pick out my shingles he told me it would be $2000. My neighbor used them a couple weeks before I did, and come to find out, they only charged them $300 for their ridge vet. They also fell through my ceiling and the person they got to fix it did an awful job. I had to fight with them to let me take money off of what I owed them so I could get it fixed myself. There’s more, but those are the biggest issues. I recommend you stay far away from this company.

      Stopped by and asked if they could inspect the roof at no charge. Identified a few spots where nails looked to be a bit concerning. Came back and added sealant to roof all at no charge.

      ************, ** - worst experience of my life. Horrible communication and customer service. I had a metal roof and I thought I couldn't get any other roofers to work on it. The contractor from SRR said they would work with my insurance and help me through the process. I ended up being the hardest working person on this "team". I had to call the contractor constantly to ask that he call insurance. It took 5 months to get a roof. Then, 2 months later, they reneged on finishing the renovation work which should have been completed before the roof. They claimed that the work was "out of their scope" despite having financed the money with me to complete it. They left me with a sagging roof, no drip ****, and lattice hung where I told them NOT to hang it. I will NEVER recommend Southern Roofing to anyone. I even called a manager in ***********, ** and cooperate office in *******, however, neither seemed to care about the situation. When I confronted my contractor about the issues I had put up with for 6 months, he became belligerent. He did not understand how financing worked, and even claimed that the company did not provide invoices or receipts of payment. I did receive both but only after contacting a manager. Horrible experience.

      Promised a referral bonus as thats why we went with the business. Has not delivered despite multiple attempts. Would not recommend the business due to these deceitful practices.

      The workers stole the extra shingles they covered up my camera and loaded the extra. After asking for the shingles back the representative stated the extras was brought with the company money. Well if that is the case why did they have to cover the camera up?
