      ****************-FL Unfortunately my story is not so glorious. My roof repairs started at the beginning of June 2023. All was well and the job was completed in 2-3 days with only minor leaks.Since then it has been one issue after another with finishing the job. To date, July 27, The final inspection has not passed. This is the 3rd or 4th time it has failed. Each time it has been for something different. This latest issue is on Friday July 7, my husband was told Southern was ordering new vents (3) and they would be here the following Friday. Well, here we are on July 27 and I have not heard from anyone at Southern regarding the vents (if even ordered) or installation. It is now almost 2 months since this project started and I have been the follow up person. Their customer service is seriously lacking. They do not contact the customer to update them at all. It's gotten pretty old. I sent an email to the ******* supervisor and hopefully I will hear from him, although I must say, I previously sent an email to him and got no response. The roofers themselves were excellent, hard working, diligent workers, it's to bad the customer service side does not show well for the company.

      After speaking with our ******* GM he stated that the new vents were installed on Friday July 27 and the issue was resolved. If there are any other issues please let us know by contacting the office and ******************* will resolve anything you may have concerns about.

      I had my roof replaced by Southern Roofing and Renovations on 9 June 2023. I was very pleased with the work they did, and the clean up effort during and after the replacement. The roof looks great, and the day after we were hit with storms and there were no leaks. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roof work done. Very professional outfit.

      Southern Roofing and Renovations just finished installing a new roof on my property and I could not be happier with their work. Especially the project manager ***************** has done a phenomenal job in inspecting my roof situation more than once, being extremely responsive and transparent about the pricing and the entire process. The work was done within a few hours and the crew arrived on time. **** arrived more than an hour prior to the team to make sure everything was done right. The price I was quoted was more than fair. I can recommend the company wholeheartedly.

      I recommend Southern Roofing & Renovations without reservation. We knew we needed a new roof, so when **** stopped by our house we asked him to check out the roof and give us his expert opinion. He said we definitely had damage and he would contact our insurance company on our behalf. ***************** came out quickly and coordinated all with ****. **** was the project manager from that point on. We left the oversight of the the roof replacement in his very capable hands. The job could have started the next day but Thanksgiving was upon us so he scheduled it for the Monday after. **** assembled a very talented and conscientious crew who would do an excellent job as well as be proficient in our sky light replacement. The entire job took only a day and a half with **** overseeing the work. I simply cannot say enough good things about ****. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional and on top of it the entire time. He was always accessible to answer our questions and concerns, making good an all his promises such as when the crew would start, how long it would take and what to expect. A new roof is a huge investment and can be very stressful. **** worked closely with our insurance adjuster. The whole process start to finish couldn't have been any easier. **** gave us 110% and I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend Southern R&R.Thank you Southern and ****!

      ********************* at Southern Roofing and Renovations is the best, he took the time to sit down and go over some estimates to best fit my budget. Did the repairs in a timely fashion and I absolutely love my new roof and gutters. I believe ************ is Good Business and thats exactly what I received . The staff were also so helpful as well. I would recommend Southern Roofing and Renovations to all my family and friends
