    My rental truck was towed which was a white **** explorer. The truck was towed at 4am in the morning and I was charged almost $200 for a truck that sat only 8-9 hours. Also they told me that the truck was parked on the lines but unfortunately there arent any lines on the ground to predict that. I asked for the photo they wouldnt let me get a copy. They showed me the photo and the photo was clear as day that the lines were light and wasnt visible they took a photo in the dark with a flash on. People in the apartments have been complaining about them because theyre rude and desperate for money with the tows. My truck was the only truck towed for falsely saying I parked on the line. They were doing construction during this time also so it was limited parking! I need something done about this. I have reached out to news channel 3, news channel 5 & news channel 13 about the money I spent to get my vehicle back. The lady at the counter was so rude and racist!

    The vehicle in question was parked crooked and over the lines. This is  violation of the rules of the property. We towed the vehicle as requested by the owner of the property. As for customer claiming it was ****** to pick up the unit that is a false statement. The customer was charged ******. Also customer claims that lady at counter was rude and racist. If one of our employees acts in any way unprofessional we would terminate that employee. We were never made aware of any issues by the customer. If customer has evidence of such conduct. Have them send it to our office. Thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Youre not being honest, Thats a lie!!! Please upload the photos so we can have proof here. I asked for the photos numerous of times! The lady said no because she was told he couldnt give me a copy! Its a family owned business so of course youre not going to fire anyone! She was very much rude & disrespectful, this was a rip off. I have looked at my bank statement and I was charged $160!!! Thats almost $200!!!

    On 2/9/22 superior towing took my car *** to it being involved in an accident. I have tried reaching to them on several occasions and no one has responded or reached out to me. Im trying to get my car as well as know if there are any fees although I have been trying to get my car since the 10th and I know they are going to charge me per day for storage.

    This towing company is robbing people legally. The are going onto apartment properties to tow the resident cars for no reason. Giving any excuse for doing so when the apartment complexes are suppose to request towing. Most times the apartment leasing office has no clue what is going on. They are charging over $125 for the towing amount in the ****************** and are not open but 2 hours on the weekends not allowing people to retrieve cars which adds storage fees They don't leave a number that is answered 24 hours so when you finally do find out what is going on you are in the dark as about what to do. They are violating property and tenants rights and rights of the public. They are towing cars even with parking permits for that complex and making up lies and any reason to tow cars on private properties sometimes damaging the cars just to get the drug away and towed.

    Superior Towing has authorization from the property owners to enforce parking rules and regulations. As for our office hours on the weekends we are only required to be open for 1 hour on Sat and Sun. We as a company choose to be open 2 hours in order to be able to allow customers to retrieve their vehicle. We as a company try in every way to make retrieving the vehicle as easy as possible.

    I live in ********************** and they wrongfully towed my car. They put a orange sticker on my car and said that it was inoperable and had a flat tire. I fixed my flat tire and they have no way of knowing that my car is inoperable. I also have a valid parking pass in the window.
