This company needs to be shut down ASAP! I called about my car 3 times, once on one day (august 31st) and twice the next day. the day that I called twice I was told 3 times That they didnt have my car by a lady. She claimed she went to check to see if they had my car and she said they did not. At this point I felt as someone stole my car so I called to file a police report and they told me that this company had my car for a day & a half, therefore I was lied to and wasted half my day trying to figure out who had my car I feel that I need to be refunded. I understand the the reason on why my car was towed, however its the fact that they gave me the runarounds about where my car was at and lied to my apartments manager that it was $150 when in reality it was $185. Also the lady at the desk is VERY RUDE, she had an attitude the whole time and was upset liking she wasnt the one lying to ******* apartment complex about where and how much my car was.Business Response

On August 23,2023 came outside and my vehicle was gone. They claim it was due to not having a parking permit.. 90%of the cars on the premises do not have a permit.. This is the third vehicle of mine they have pulled. All other vehicles have not been touched.Business Response

Good morning. The customer is correct. His vehicle did have all proper parking pass. The customers vehicle was towed for parking in the street. He was not in a parking spot. My issue is the tow company coming into my apartment complex and putting a sticker on my car for expired tags and then coming and towing it for a completely different reason once I fixed the issue, so I guess they needed a reason to tow it anyways. After calling them about the issue I was told I couldnt get my car back unless I had $150 and they proceeded to hang ** in my face.Business Response

On 7/23/23 my car was towed from a no parking zone and picked up with a massive crack in the windshield. I am sure the tow company is responsible for this as I have had many people tell me that ********************************************* towing is usually rough with other peoples property.Business Response

Superior Towing takes the upmost care when we tow vehicles. As we told customer when she was in our office. The vehicle was towed properly and all of our trucks have D.O.T.approved mud flaps. There was no possible way us towing vicle caused the crack in the windshield. If a rock or any other object comes from another source it is considered a road hazard in which we are not liable. My car was towed from the parks at forest hill either 1/6 or 1/7 of this year. It was a grey ****** Sentra with the back bumper gone. I was down for being double parked. I even asked them to show me the photos when I picked up. That was a while ago and I got my car back immediately or whatever. However since then i have seen MULTIPLE CARS double parked with no penalty. My car was parked literally ONE HOUR before being taken but I have seen cars parked all day and night with nothing. We at Superior strive to tow every vehicle in violation. As customer stated there are always numerous vehicles to tow on said property. We randomly patrol the property and get the vehicles in violation. So if customer sees a vehicle in violation they are more than welcome to call our office and we will gladly come remove cars.Customer Answer

I had a silver Pontiac grand prix taken from my residence. On 3-17-23 superior towing put a orange sticker on my car for flat tire. I corrected the problem before 3-6-23. Is when the intial date was to fix the problem. And they still towed my car for no reason and the leasing office told me they didn't authorize the tow and now my car supposed to been auction off.Business Response

Upon arriving at ******** height apartments at approximately 11:50 me and my spouse went into our sisters home to drop her off and get our belongings. We ended up having a conversation and exited the home at around approximately 12:45. We had to stay the night because of this issue causing me to miss work in the morning. Upon arriving to the business the office assistant told me there is visitor parking available in the complex. I have examined the whole complex and see not one sign that say visitor or permit parking, so I informed him of that. After that encounter the office manager said that she didnt know what she was talking about and that there would be no signs present for either visitors or occupants, and that I would just have to simply pay the fee. During our encounter they were rude and disrespectful when I was simply trying to just inquiry of the problem. I am highly disappointed and upset with this interaction and feel it was highly inappropriate. I ask for owners number and they denied me that information, and said they dont even have a specific time or day that the owners would be available. I asked if they could contact them for me and they still denied. This towing company is robbing people legally. The are going onto apartment properties to tow the resident cars for no reason. Giving any excuse for doing so when the apartment complexes are suppose to request towing. I spoke with someone and explain that I have been there since 3/16/23. I was told that they randomly check. My insurance company is renting the space because I had water damage to my home. They are charging over $155 cash and 160 if you use a card. They are violating property and tenants rights and rights of the public. They are towing cars even with parking permits for that complex. I have the right to park there, I was assigned a parking spot included in my rental fee. They are making up lies and any reason to tow cars on private properties sometimes damaging the cars just to get the drug away and towed.Business Response

I am staying at the ************. My insurance company is paying for me to stay there and they are paying for me to stay there and for the parking spot #** until 4/28/23. I am not a regular resident so I don't have a decal like other I have a piece of paper in the window of my car. I was give the key fob to enter the garage and to be towed is totally unfair. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and this is not right. I have been homeless since 12/28/22 and I feel like this company was looking to make quick cash. Since I am assigned that park, no one can complain that I was in their spot. I don't understand why they would do this. Since I was towed, I have been taking a picture of the paper parking permit in my car so that I can show the police if this happens again. I am attaching a picture of it.Customer Answer

In response to customers complaint. The property in question has a permit parking policy. There are signs on property stating this information. Our drivers patrol the property at various hours of the day and night looking for vehicles in violation. We also receive calls from residents to advise us of violations. On the evening in question our driver observed customers car in violation. Our driver pulled the car for being in violation. As for customer stating we damage vehicles. We allow every customer time to inspect vehicle before they pay for it. Also we take pictures of vehicles before we tow them. I am rejecting this response because: I had a parking permit that says Parking Housing Permit Superior Corporate Housing Permit. Like I stated before, my insurance company is paying for me to stay at this apartment and they made every pre-caution to ensure that I had adequate parking. I was given a key fob and a slip of paper and told what spot to park in. Each night I am taking a picture of my car with the permit on the dashboard so that if this happens again, I will seek legal representation. I have my documentation from Allstate saying that they paid for the parking, and I have my instructions on what to do and I have done just that.

I am rejecting this response because: like I stated before I had a paper parking permit that was given to me by the insurance company that is renting the apartment. It was in the car on the dashboard and my truck was still towed. It is not right or fair and they should not be allowed to get away with it. I was give an assigned parking spot, a key fob to gain access and a parking permit and my car was towed. This caused me to be late to work and have to leave early and I did everything I was told to do. This is not right and I am not letting this go.
