      Bought a 14x40 barn style building from this company back in June. When ordering I had paid for the spec to exact. 2x4 where off center throughout the building. The roof was dented as they brought the build on the property. The back door would not shut and the inside leaked water. As they took the building off of my lot they did not allow me time to take the 300 dollars of sheetrock out. Buyer beware of this company

We just checked and we have not received a warranty claim for the issues you described. We appreciate your patience. We had not been informed of these issues. I have submitted a claim plus I've talked with them on the phone. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/09/14) */ Mr. ******, Who did you submit the claim to? And who did you speak with on the phone? And when? As of earlier this morning, we have no record of your claim in our system...and it is only through our system that warranty claims can be filed and followed up on. If you spoke with the dealer you purchased the shed from, they should have told you that the only way to file a warranty claim is through the Old Hickory website. The link we provided in our last reply is where that needs to be done. Please let us know who you spoke with...because if it was the dealer or someone else outside of our warranty department, then we'll need to retrain them to make sure they understand the correct claims process.       purchased an expensive shed from Old Hickory that comes with a warrantee. Submitted the warrantee complaint and it was accepted and was advised that someone would contact me. this was signed off on 16 June. 0n 19 July i get a call from their representative that said no one told him to contact me on 16 June. so either he lied or the agent that confirmed the warrantee lied. But it gets better i send the representative another picture - this is 3 now to confirm the issue and long and short of the call was he asked me to fix it myself because he didn't want to spend $200.00 on gas to get to my house to fix it and he wasn't sure he could fix it anyway. No date was given other than it would be weeks BEFORE he would be there. I followed up with the initial agent that day to say i wasn't comfortable that this was being looked into and contact the representative who was to fix the issue a week later to find out a time frame for when it would be fixed. So far ZERO response from either. AT this point i don't feel like they are even going to live up to their warrantee and I'm not getting any response from anyone at Old Hickory Buildings. i want them to either repair this in a reasonable timeframe or refund whatever it is going to cost to find someone to repair their building

We sincerely apologize for this. My understanding from our Warranty Repairs department is that the factory manager has been contacted and is supposed to be in touch with you to schedule the fix. Please reply and let us know if you have not yet been contacted and we'll escalate the issue on your behalf. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you...and for the way in which the driver handled the situation.       Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/06/10) */ Dear Mr. *****, We researched your case internally and it appears that after you reinstated your cancelled order on 3/25...there was a disconnect and the shop wasn't informed. Orders and cancellations follow an established process that is largely automated, but the reinstatement of a cancelled order is unusual and our system didn't catch it...so the shop wasn't notified until 5/17 to finish the build. We are sorry this happened and it has caused us to make sure we have a proper process in place for such situations. On 6/3, we asked the driver to reach out to you in order to schedule delivery. If you have not yet heard from your driver, please let us know and we'll put pressure from our side.
