      I have been a Hiller customer for a few years and up until last month, I had no complaints. I've had their plumbers and electricians to my house on several occasions and they were fast, affordable and the amount they quoted was exactly what they ended up charging. Last month, they installed a new HVAC at my home and to make a long story short, it ended up costing way more than I was told it would. I won't bore you with the details but please, check and double check the final amount you agree to pay. Don't assume it's going to be the amount quoted to you. On their little tablets where you sign and agree to pay, it doesn't show the final amount due on the same screen where you sign. Or at least, mine didn't. So ask to see it before you sign. I trusted that it would be the same as the amount quoted, so that's on me for not double checking. So don't do what I did....which is trust them.

      Tech, Alex, was outstanding. Explained everything and did an outstanding job. The not as good part is scheduling. Availability was reasonable however. The times, days and work to be done changed. This is not an isolated incident. The last 3 appointments, I also experienced the same issue. Changing times and dates. It has gotten to the point I am considering changing vendors. Hiller tech are awesome, scheduling - not souch.

      Hiller did a great job. They arrived on time. Work efficiently. They even cover their shoes before coming into your house.
      The company texted and emailed me that the tech was on the way and included his picture.
      The technician (Cody M******) was super nice and very helpful. He was well informed.
      I'll definitely call them again when I have a plumbing issue! Keep up the good work, Hiller.

      I tip my cap to Hiller and all of their friendly staff; they truly know what they are doing. Hiller is an outstanding organization for all of your HVAC/plumbing, and electrical needs. I will gladly refer Hiller for all of your home's needs due to their knowledgeable technicians, technical expertise, exceptional customer service. I had an HVAC system issue and when Jim arrived, he was forward and upfront with the issue. A roll of the dice may have fixed my issue temporarily, yet it may not have, and he recommended a new system. While I was not excited about the idea of spending the money for a new unit, I am glad that I did, especially with Hiller. Nathan was out within the hour to discuss the logistics of a new install and get me on the books to ensure my family would no longer have to endure the summer's heat. They had me on their schedule two days later and the staff of James, Alex, and Jordan made quick work of the install, putting in a unit that by far outperforms my previous HVAC system. Who you choose to put in your system does indeed make a difference, and that is why I can personally attest that what you receive from Hiller is certainly worth what you spend. They not only set my system up and had me running better than my prior unit ever did within two days, but they called to follow up with me the day of the install and the day after just to ensure that all was well, and everything was up to my standards. The extraordinary customer service that you receive from Hiller will not disappoint and the care that their technicians provide to both you and your home is unmatched. This is one of many reasons why I am a Happy Hiller member and will be for life. Thanks to Jim, James, Alex, Jordan, and Nathan, I will gladly recommend Hiller to anyone for their home's needs, in addition to signing up for the Happy Hiller club, it is well worth it!

      The techs explained what they viewed with the camera, and told me exactly what the problem was.
