      Tech that they sent was great, diagnosed the electrical issue within 5 minutes, and had it fixed within 30. He even walked me through everything that was wrong before he fixed it.

      John called me before arriving and sent me a photo, which I thought was amazing customer service. Once he arrived he actively listened to the issue and explained what steps he would take for a resolution.

      Hiller responded to my loss of hot water on Sunday morning. Made arrangements to replace tankless water heater and completed installation on Monday.

      I would recommend Hiller to everyone. We pay a very low monthly maintenance fee to have our unit serviced 2 times a year. With this maintenance agreement when our unit goes down we are put on top of the list. Our unit went out on late Sunday evening. Hiller came out the night and fixed it. They have always been here when they say they will be here. They have always told us the truth unlike the other companies we have used. The service man/women have always been nice. Very happy with the service.

      They responded immediately to a plumbing leak at our home. Saved us a lot of time, money and hassle. They got the leak stopped and we are very happy with the time it took and the price was fair.
