1 starIf I could leave a 0, I would! This company we have delta with and had a service plan with when we first bought out home on 2019. Their plumbing and electrical are alway wonderful, but this is the second time the HVAC have tried to scam/trick us and this was the last straw. Our heat went out so we called them reluctantly because the last guy tried to upsell us, but the unit was fixed fast and without lying. This time though, we were told we needed $2000 in repairs or a new unit for $12000. The supervisor came out and said the same thing. They left after we payed the $250 for what was supposed to be a $65 serve call, THEY DID NOT FIX OF CHANGE ONE THING SO WHY $250? They said because "we were here so long." We would have to get a loan for a fix or new unit so we called 2 other local HVAC companies in our county to get estimates because I wasn't sure $12000 was a good price. The first guy that came over from a local company, stuck a pin in a tube and fixed the "clog" in 2 minutes, didn't even charge us. He said he has heard from other clients that Hiller that to a lot of people. He also said he could put in a new unit for $7800. A 2nd company came out and said they could do a new unit for about $7500 and they had seen Hiller at our house that day and figured for sure we would be scammed. Now, you tell me, does this sound like a good trustworthy HVAC company? Want to put parts on we don't need in order to charge $1000 labor? They also work on commission and get money for each new unit and 10% on each part. So, they scammed us out of $200 because they LIED AND SAID $65 SERVICE CHARGE! Hiller HVAC services are con men! 1 starAlthough I've heard good things about Hiller, I would never recommend them! Maintenance contracts appear to be an opportunity for them to pressure the home owner to buy something from them at outrageous rates. The price they quoted me was 60% higher than the first two bids I received. I'm thankful I listened to my intuition and did not fall for their scare tactics.Review fromConway C

5 starsToday I had my heating service technician Jason M*** was exceptional professional and courteous informed me on the condition of my unit definitely want him back to continue maintaining my unit. I also had my electrical tuneup the technician Dwight B*****, and his teammate was outstanding as well he gave me quotes on some work that I could have done and replaced both my outside coverlets for my electrical outlets him and his teammate was very professional and courteous as well very happy to have them in my home and continue doing business with them was well!!Review fromChris G

Had a Generac price quote today. Thought i would need a 14kw stand by but the seller said i needed a 18kw. My home is 1500sqft. For the Generator and routing gas line he said $17,000. My friend lives in MS has same sqft home as I do got quote from a area Mississippi Electric Company and got a $4400 full installation price for a 14kw Generac. What am I missing?

5 starsI just want to speak to the fact that each time they've come out no matter who the technician is they have been incredibly courteous, very knowledgeable, and wonderfully helpful. Nobody wants to call their HVAC people. But Hiller has made any HVAC issue I've had much more tolerable. The fact that they wanted to charge $700 to fix a water leak that took maybe 2 $40 sharkbites is TOO excessive in my opinion and a rip off. Not only that but you charged $250 just to come out and look at it. Terrible company!Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical
