      On Thursday, 8-17-2023, Hiller
      Technicians Jon w*** @ Joey installed my new ***** heating and cooling system. Both technicians
      were very nice, pleasant, professional and answered all my many questions. Jon & Joey did an
      outstanding installation job. Afterwards, Jon instructed me and my wife on how to use the new wi-fi
      thermostat and installed its app on
      our cell phones so we could control the HVAC unit from our cell phones.
      Jon @ Joey are good ambassadors for & a credit to Hiller.
      Great job Guys.

      Hiller came out and pressured us to get new ducts since the old ones had mold on them. They said it would cost a certain amount to do the work but the price was outrageous. We went ahead and agreed to do it. Then they came back and said the air conditioner had mold all in it and it couldn’t be cleaned and so we needed a new one instead. Well, the price was extremely outrageous but we went on and agreed. After reconsidering then we had them to stop but we still owed a lot of money. After others have seen what they did they all agree that they didn’t do the amount of work they we paid for.
      They may promise to get you finished before others do but be prepared to pay an enormous amount of money for it.

      Reasonable and fair business to work with. Went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, followed up to see if anything additional was needed and thoroughly explained the services that were provided.
      Honest business that was not afraid to admit when they were in the wrong, and very quickly rectified their mistake.
      I am a Happy Hiller Member.

      Hiller has definitely met my expectations. Services and packages are affordable and useful. Jason M***, our last technician who inspected our unit was great! He was easy to talk to and very professional. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending.

      Tom was able to get us up-and-running on short notice. With an older unit with older refrigerant, he was able to keep us going for a little while longer.
      Appreciate the patience and customer service during his visit.

      I have always liked doing business with Hillard until now!!!!! I was told I needed a new ac unit put in. My unit was freezing over. They came out and told me it would be best to put in a new one. I was skeptical about this because ever since I was told that it has been running great. I decided to go ahead and put the new one in because I new the one I had was old. Their project manager came out to talk to me and I decided to go with it. He said he would be there to help me along the way. I texted him to see how it was going and have never heard back. I have the feeling they just want your money and don't care!!!!! I won't buy anything from them again.
