5 starsMatt from Hiller was very professional and friendly. He found a couple of issues, showed me the pictures/proof explained my options and time frames. One issue was pretty expensive and I was not able to take care of it today. I appreciate that he was honest and did not pressure me to do them both. Some companies will pressure you by saying “your system will fall apart if repairs aren’t done immediately.” Not Hiller! I have always found them to be open and honest. We took care of one issue today and will take care of the other one in a couple of months. I appreciate the employees at Hiller for their friendliness, professionalism and support.Review fromMary W

5 starsThe Hiller employee arrive on time & presented himself & the job he was to accomplish !! We discussed the problem as I saw it !! He examined the air unit & let me know how he would check it out & let me know what he planned to do to fix the problem !! Checking the unit inside & outside !! He diagnosed the problem & replaced the air filter !!
I appreciated the upfront discussion, the complete examination & the careful but determined diagnosis and application completed in a timely manner !! With a follow up reminder to call back if necessary but all has been fine & the adjustment & reassurance was timely met with a mind set to make a follow up call if there are questions !! A reminder that as the customer, I am part of the team !! I have been completely satisfied & if I am not , support is one phone call away...so grateful !!Review fromPol T

5 starsTechnician was polite and showed up an hour early. He confirmed that after he diagnosed the problem if I wanted to purchase the part. His attitude was professional and polite. Once the part was ordered, he kept the company on when the part would arrive and when the installation would commence. The service was excellent and I would recommend again.Review fromNicole W.

The technicians were nice enough but the company as a whole is WILDLY expensive. Double what someone else would have done it for. Shame on me for not doing my research first because I absolutely got taken advantage of and will never call Hiller again.

I am giving one star because the first appointment was a good experience. Except for the technician showing up 4 hours early (no one was home yet) He was knowledgeable, patient to answer questions and provided options. It was all downhill after that. The next appointment was a no show. When I called to find out what happened I was told they were waiting on a part. If that was the case then, why didn't they call and resheldule instead of letting me wait all day and then have to call them? It got worse but I won't go into it all. Just know even if the technician is good, the front desk people can ruin everything. I got the parts and fixed it myself and will never call or recommend Hiller but, I would hire the tech if he goes into business himself.Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

5 starsAlways prompt, professional technicians! Lance did pipe leak repair in garage ceiling when another company had just covered it up 4 yrs ago! I was at work but he took time on the phone to explain issue and repair, sent photographs to also explain problem and fix. He also took time to explain how I can help ward off future problems with simple maintenance. This is simply the consistently BEST household repair service I have ever experienced! HILLER was referred to me by a coworker who highly recommended HILLER and their yearly contract services. I had such great experience with all kinds of repairs I referred HILLER to my sister, she has had same wonderful experience with them. Really appreciate the quality and technicians!!!
