      Hiller is the best! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they always come through no matter the issue. Today it was a clogged drain, but they also have terrific HVAC techs. Highly recommend.

      I’ve had 3 other plumbing companies come out to fix my water pressure in my restaurant for 4 months, all failed until I called the pros at Hiller Plumbing. Michael H**** fixed the problem in no time!

      Arrived early very professional explained everything in detail that needed to be done and provided recommendations for things in the future. He went out of his way and took the time to put up my air filter and fixed the slightly bent bracket.

      Jason was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and trustworthy. He also did his due diligence on making sure we understood what kind of filters we should be using to help the air quality in our home!!!! Best service!!!!

      Terrible business! No support at all , have mold all in my Hvac system duct work also. Hiller installed new system and wasn’t installed correctly. Hiller came out and cleaned coils several times and still have mold. We have had a mold test with clodisporium counts at 120,000 ppm. My wife and I have been sick all winter from mold . Mike with hiller admitted to the coil needing to be pulled and dipped but said too expensive. They sent out a hiller tech to spray *** in the air handler with no notice and make my wife evening sicker from the toxic spray. I am dealing with general Manager Josh g***** of bowling green ,also sending emails communications to the owner Jimmu H***** . This has been going on since last summer since they didn’t hook up condensation pump to the safety and crawlspace had water pouring in for months from ac condensation pump, hiller admitted fault. I have 6 other Hvac contractors give me bids and all 6 including Josh g***** say the air return is too small for the system hiller installed. Josh g***** at hiller is saying well it’s worked this long no need to make it bigger . This is past disgusting and stressful . They upgraded my system from 2 tons to 3 tons and don’t do the proper air duct sizing. They have offered to install new duct work because mine is filled with mold but refuse to upsize the air return and properly size the duct to each room like it should have been since initial install. Josh g***** told me via email to blame the installer from 30 years ago!! This bowling green Ky hiller Hvac is terrible and do subpar work! My family and I have been breathing mold spores for months in end !! Apparently Jimmy H***** the owner doesn’t care , he has been getting all the emails correspondences between his general manager Josh g*****. Also was told that the whole bowling green hiller branch was fired last year because of shotty work and
      employees. All I want is to live mold free and my Hvac system to be installed right !

      After posting this review Hiller HVAC is now attempting to correct the problem by replacing my entire system including ductwork . I will follow up with a final review after all repairs are made.
