      Dealing with First Acceptance Insurance has been an absolute nightmare. I was rear-ended on the highway by one of their policyholders — someone who was clearly shady — and things only went downhill from there. When I called to file the claim, the customer service rep was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
      Weeks passed with no contact from the assigned adjuster, ******* ******. No calls, no emails — nothing. Then, without explanation, they reassigned me to another adjuster named **** *********, who I’ve also never heard from. All I get are useless messages saying the claim is “still being investigated.”
      This company is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly does not care about handling claims in a timely or respectful manner. They are slow, rude, and impossible to get real answers from. If you’re considering using First Acceptance Insurance — don’t. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values its customers.

      I don't want to choose any star,They are the worst insurance company I have had to deal with,since the accident happened November 10th 2024,has been almost 8 months past,my car still not be fixed,every time I called either they don't pick up the phone call or if they answered,they keep give me the some answer that the person insured hit me only have $10000 and hit 2 cars,they are waiting for the other car fixed then telling me what can do with my car. my car was the first one be hit ,they should have to pay for my car fix first ,but the other one.
      also, 8 months everything should be done already,and I asked the other car was fixed right away. so what the acceptance doing is really disgusting to me.

      This company *****. I am not sure how the state of Georgia allows them to do business here. I was involved in an accident over two months ago. They keep saying they are investigating. They have not given us a rental car. They also have not reached out with a resolution at all. Whenever you call they never answer. I will be reporting them to the Attorney general office and my local House of Representatives. If you are hit by a car that has this insurance company you are out of gas.

      Terrible company involved in hit and run person ran on foot. They no insurance this suppose to be my insurance company and being treated like it's my fault. Been over month won't give enough to pay my car off trying to short me 500 when can pay it off you call no answer. When do speak to somebody they say this is how life is ????this is Soo unfair. I got 4 kids no vehicle to get to work to support my family. Having to walk everywhere.got rental car but wouldn't pay I had to pay out my pocket y'all need to get this right

      My son was in an accident with a wrong way driver that has First Acceptance insurance. It has been three weeks and they still say the are invstigating the accident via text message. I have left 4 messages with the person handling the claim and cannot get a call back. I ended up using my own insurance and they will go after a refund from this crappy company. Buyer beware...

      Got my money and I never heard from them. They didn’t even set me up with the right insurance needed when called to fix or find out they hung up the call and never called me back and I believe my number is blocked. I am now having to report this to the bank to get my money back

      It seems like this company is known for one thing and that is bad faith handling of claims.
      I was told my claim will be denied multiple times over the phone of which I have recordings prior to them even conducting an investigation. Currently in the process of suing them.
      Desiree M***** and
      Lisa W***** are the adjusters who lack competence and think they can continue to get away with bad faith handling.

      I feel like nobody works there other than representative sells the insurance. Terrible place, dodges your phonr calls, nobody answers either calls you back.

      The Sucky insurance company I've ever deal with. They only let me 29 days of insurance. I don't remend them
