      I am shocked that this company is allowed to operate. I was reared ended while stopped at a Red Light going in 3 months ago, and I am still fighting with them for reimbursement. I have left over a dozen emails and phone calls, and only one time have I ever received a callback. If there are any ongoing class action lawsuits, please reach out

      I would give them zero stars but it is not an option. I got acceptance insurance on 09/20/2022 paid 390.40 for the first payment. My next payment was do 11/05/2022 of 189 but would not let me make the payment. I received a letter in the mail that my application was never signed and that I needed to sign it. I showed them that the declaration page was signed on the original application and questioned why the rest would not show up. I was then told that sometimes the online application will do that. So if they are aware of the problem why have they not fixed that instead they add extra fees on your amount. So instead of me paying the 189 that is due they want another 400 payment. That is crazy almost 800 dollars for 2 months of insurance but kept giving me one excuse after another. They said because my grandpa was added to my insurance but that was not true because the paperwork I showed said he was excluded. Then was told that is I sighed the paperwork at the closest store a 1hr and 15 minutes away and have them upload that they would take off the extra fees. Did that and still was told that they could not remove the fees for their computer messing up. Then they told me that they went in and excluded grandpa that I only have to pay 317 because I still have to pay where he was added on by them not me because I excluded him. To be told there is nothing they can do I have to pay 317 instead of the 189 but that’s ok because my payments after that are only 201 a month. Someone explain how they get away with ripping people off. Do not get insurance through them they have a lot of complaints unless you want to be the next person getting ripped off.

      My vehicle was involved in an accident on 9/2/22, with a person insured by acceptance, Getting ahold of acceptance was INCREDIbly hard, and i filed a claim with ***********(my insurance), they attempted multiple times to reach out to Acceptance where a claim was started from acceptance on 9/13/22, i have NEVERR EVER been contacted by acceptance and i NEVER EVER GOt in DIRECT contact with my adjuster EVER, ive left a few voicemails, i even called 19 times in ONE DAY, ive opted to speak with another member which left me on hold for 50 MINUTES, before answering and Hanging up. Acceptance isnt my insurance but they are TERRIBLE in EVERY aspect, i call each and every week with little to no updates, my girlfriend contacted my adjuster via her phone and was picked up right away, the date is now 10/24/22 they told me id be getting a call from total loss on 9/28/22, going without my car has been a giant headache, i just wished they would give me better updates or some sort of time frame, but each and every single person ive talked to there hasnt been much help, all of them promising a call from the apraiser in a few days, but ive had to fight for more information, each week, its almost been two months without my car though im not an acceptance costumer, i would NOT reccomend this insurance to anyone, this is NOT the quality id expect from ANY insurance, id advised anyone wondering, THIs insurance is TERRIBLe, nOT the insurance to look for

      To be honest I give them zero stars!!!! On July 27,2022 My son was involve car accident which a drunk driver hit me but the police put on the report both was at fault something I did not understand. I have some many different adjusters calling me and telling me different things. And then the young lady lied!!!!. She told she them she had driver license and insurance and which she did not. They denied my claim because my son was not on my insurance. I had full coverage and. And they agent stated I supposed had to requested uninsured motors something that was never offered to me when I purchased this policy. And when I told the adjuster that the young that hit my car did not any insurance or driver license and it was on the police report as well. This man had the nerve to tell me they do not go by no police report they go by what a person tell them this happen to me once before when a lady hit me the first time and they denied my claim and she was going the wrong way!!!. I have all my documents stated that John from acceptance auto insurance did not offer uninsured motor to me?. And they totaled my car out before they told me there was not going to pay for it!!! If i would have known this was a bad company to deal with I would not gotten a policy with them and plus I was recommend to them!!!! So I am out of a car that is completely totaled. Even my lien holder told me they suppose to pay it off due to I had full coverage and I been fighting since July to get justice!! I will never recommend any one to deal with this company

      Me, my husband and two kids were in an accident with an Acceptance Insurance policy holder who was at fault and have had nothing but TERRIBLE service with every one of the adjusters and claims department workers... we have currently settled, but have been told it will take 7-10 business days for the lien to receive payoff! I am NOT happy at all considering this should be EXPEDITED since I was the one not at fault! Also was told that they have to wait on the title before they send me the check so I can get another vehicle! I have no other transportation and yet they have been no help in speeding the process up so I can find a vehicle asap since I have a 3 month old and a 1 year old! As far as I know this can take a while especially if things get lost in transit! I will be filing a complaint with the state insurance board also if this is not fixed! Also, will make sure not to recommend this company to anyone!

Although your claim is from 2022, we wanted to offer a brief explanation of the process. A copy of the title must be provided as verification that the owner (and all owners) are accounted for in regard to the settlement. Also, a letter of guarantee is also is required when settling a total loss claim, which is good for 10 days. This ensures the lien holder does not continue to charge interest to the owner of the vehicle while waiting for payment to be received.       Ms. Y***** was very helpful towards me she was very patient she was very polite she helped me she helped me understand what my policy existed in what I would be covered for what I wouldn't be covered for if I had a deductible with my monthly payment would be for my down payment will be she took her time with me she was very kind thank you so much.
