The *** TRS contracted with Kroll to provide security service to its members. This company is a one-star company that does not answer service calls. Otherwise, you can select a call back prompt which never results in a call back including five attempts. I called the Executive Headquarters at ************ and I am told by their lying operator prior to hanging up on me no one is there in the ***************** ANY ONE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF, ZERO SERVICE COMPANY SHOULD NOT THINK TWICE BUT, THINK THREE TIMES!!!Business Response

This firm represented me in the class action ***************************** **************** Laboratories and I have a class member ID *************. This firm tried to send me the settlement payment to my previous Zelle account on 5/26/2023, whose phone number has been transferred to ****** voice and no longer can receive Zelle payment. I could no longer accept the payment. I contacted ***** and was told the payment will be returned to the firm after 14 days of no acceptance. I then contacted this firm on 7/17/2023 to ask the firm to issue the check to me. The firm replied saying the following:"Please do not reply to this message via e-mail. This address is unattended and cannot help with questions or requests.Thank you for contacting us regarding ***************************** **************** Laboratories. Distribution payments were issued on May 26, 2023. According to our records your check has been cleared.For additional information you may visit the settlement website: www.anservingsettlement.com or call the toll-free number ************."The phone number is a pre-recorded instruction and has no live human support. My mom ************************************* was issued 2 checks from a settlement *** v Epsilon/KBM . The case involved mass mailing fraud. My mom passed away just after the cases were settled and I could not cash the checks in her name. I contacted Kroll in March 2023 and sent them the required documents to re-issue the checks in the trust name Soulimiotis Family Trust. I received 1 of the checks but not the check for $206.93. I have been calling Kroll since April 2023 to get the other check and each time the agent says they will re-issue it but they never do. As I write this I have been on the phone for 45 minutes with Kroll being passed from one department to the next with the same story " we will re-issue it, but we only do it once a month, you'll get the check next month. I have been hearing this every month since March. It is now July and they are giving me the same run around. I am wondering if Kroll is just trying to keep the money. At the least it is another fraud or incompetency. I would like this solved.Business Response

Filed a claim for the ************ breach received a claim number. I discovered others have been paid from the settlement and I have yet to receive any funds. There are people who have been paid out from the settlement already and have received their funds and stated amounts. I have seen multiple people paid from the settlement. This response is the cursory response posted on the website. This does not resolve the issue considering the final court date was 1/23/23 and we have received no updates 4 months later
