      When I received an email alert from Kroll that a lender has made inquiries on my credit, I immediately called because I didn't apply for any credit card. I spoke to rep ******* ***** who proceeded to call the lender (*****). We informed ***** that I didn't apply for any credit & after rep was able to verify my identity proceeded to nullify the application. The issue was resolved. ******* further advised me to put a credit freeze on my accts with the 3 credit bureaus with very detailed instructions on how to do it via email. I'm very happy with Kroll & the rep ******* who was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Now I have ease of mind knowing my credit freezes are now in place. I can totally recommend Kroll Credit Monitoring at any time. Thank you, Kroll & *******!
