My son used my credit card that was on my **** account to order a movie/documentary on Daily Wire back in Nov. 2024. I didn't know this until I got the credit card statement in December. I didn't realize that it was on a subscription so when I get billed again, I asked him to cancel it immediately. He couldn't figure out how to do that so I called and requested that it be cancelled and requested a refund. I did get refunded two months but in checking my billing statement I was charged again even after I called. I would like to request a credit for the other three charges of $16. I don't mind paying for the one charge but I didn't authorize this charge and I have spoken with him about doing this and I assure you it will not happen again. I was charged a total of 6 times and only received 2 credits. I would greatly appreciate you refunding me the balance of $48. We never used the service except for the one movie he watched which you can verify. He thought he was just paying for a movie not signing up for a subscription. My credit card ends in 4608. I have no idea with the Daily Wire Account number is or log in information.

This member originally created their monthly subscription on November 1, 2024. This member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign-up by selecting a checkbox saying they agreed to the terms. Most streaming services follow this same process. Members simply can not sign up without taking this step.

Per our terms of use, we require monthly memberships to be set to cancel prior to the next scheduled billing date and we do consider all sales final. This member set their account to cancel on April 21, 2025, which caused it to expire on May 1, 2025. The subscription has been inactive since then. The only contact we have from the user was on June 13, 2025, where the user was told by our customer service that the account was inactive at that time and that we were not able to issue any refunds from the previous payment periods. We are sorry for any trouble this has caused but we have assisted to the best of our ability in accordance with our policy.

I never signed up for emails from the Daily Wire, nor have I ever visited their website. I have been receiving emails from them daily at my work email address, and despite following the Unsubscribe link on ten separate occasions, have continued to receive this junk email from them.

Despite what is mentioned in this review, we do not have any record of the user attempting to unsubscribe from any email subscriptions that are attached to this email address. The user has never reached out to us to address the issue they were experiencing. At this time, we have unsubscribed the user manually in our system from all email lists.

I unsubscribed months ago, and I keep being charged. I emailed the daily wire about this multiple times with no resolution. And am being charged for a subscription I don't have anymore. Yesterday I was charged for the Fourth time without a subscription. At this point I'm going to have to call my bank if these fraudulent charges from The daily wire don't stop.

Despite what is mentioned in this review, this customer was refunded for their most recent renewal for their monthly membership on May 29, 2025, for $14.99 two days after the May 27, 2025, charge had gone through. The customer created a monthly subscription on February 27, 2025, and agreed to have it automatically renew on the 27th of each month until canceled. Their initial request for cancelation came on May 5, 2025, although no cancelation was actually made through the account. We are sorry if the customer is not satisfied with this outcome but we have resolved this to the best of our ability.

I have deleted Daily Wire+ and cancelled my subscription month after month, and they keep charging my bank account for the monthly membership fee ($15.89), and this time it over drafted my back account causing even more fees ($25 overdraft fee). I started this account in 08/15/2024 and have tried to cancel since November 2024! How many times do I have to cancel this DailyWire+ subscription before they will finally stop billing my bank account? Ive called customer support every month since the beginning of the year, and I have gotten no where. Today I realized that once again they took their subscription money out of my bank account & caused my account to overdraft. This is ridiculous, and Im so tired of being told, Sorry we cant refund you, but rest assured that this wont happen again. Only for it to keep happening over & over again.. and keep costing me more & more money Ill never see again. Im about to cancel my card because idk how else to get them to stop. Please help me with this problem, because I dont know where else Im supposed to turn. I just want this months fee of $15.89 and my over drafted fee of $25 returned, and for this nightmare to end.

We do not have any record of a cancelation request from this customer, nor a request to delete his account in our privacy center. Furthermore, our system does not have a record of any contact connected to the customers Gmail address. Per our Terms of Use, subscriptions must be canceled before their renewal, otherwise the renewal fee is nonrefundable.

As a courtesy, we have set ************** monthly subscription to cancel so there will not be any further charges. He will receive a confirmation email for his records. He will continue to have access to his subscription until it expires on June 15th. We ask ****** to contact us directly at ********************************** if he has any further questions or if he needs assistance with his account.

Daily Wire was supposed to send me an email informing me of renewal of my subscription. They did not, and NEVER have in the past. They said they sent it 2/22/2025 but I checked all my boxes (junk, etc.) and I never received it. Then on March 25 they charged my credit card for $261. I caught it on the credit card 2 weeks later and protested it. They refused to cancel the subscription or refund my money, even though it was 2 weeks into the year renewal. Their customer service was abhorrent, the only resolution they would entertain was a minimal refund if I downgraded my subscription.

On February 22, 2025, we sent this member an email entitled Your Dailywire+ Membership Renews Soon. In that email, we let the member know their membership would renew 30 days later, which it did. Their subscription was renewed on March 25, 2025. On May 13, 2025, they contacted our support team for verification that the subscription would be canceled for all future charges. At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

Furthermore, this member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign-up by clicking a button at checkout which said they agreed to the Terms of Use. Members simply can not sign up without taking this step.

    Customer Answer

The button accepting the renewing subscription was clicked 5 years ago.  But more importantly, the email renewal notice was never received by me and hasnt been received by me for the last 4 years.  Not in my email box, junk mail etc.  For them to say that they sent me an email is false.  I should have been able to cancel with in a few weeks of finding the charge on my credit card.  Just because they say they sent a email doesnt mean they sent it to my address.  Daily Wire is perpetrating fraud and looking at their reviews, I am not the only one who has been defrauded.

Date of Transaction 12:16am Friday March 28, 2025. I subscribed to the monthly billing and they charged me for an annual all at once. Their website tries to default to the annual even after you click the monthly as well.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/02/2025

Despite what is mentioned in this review, the customer did select the Insider Annual option at the time of sign-up which bills annually. This membership level, as well as the charge for the year, is displayed on the final page and must be confirmed before the purchase is made. The customer reached out to us on March 27, 2025, shortly after signing up, to express that they would like to downgrade to the Insider Monthly subscription. The agent successfully downgraded the membership and refunded the difference of $146.74. This matter was resolved through that correspondence.

Purchased a subscription 11/3/2024. I cancelled this subscription prior to the 30day cancellation. I noticed this month the cancellation did not process and I am still paying for this service 4 months later. There is only online contact. I am told it my fault and all service is final.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/24/2025

Despite what is mentioned in this review, the subscription was not canceled until March 19, 2025.The original subscription was created on November 3, 2024, and has renewed on the 3rd of each month until it is set to cancel. The March 19, 2025 cancelation will cause the membership to expire on April 3, 2025. We require a cancelation to be completed prior to the next scheduled renewal charge. We have no record of a cancelation within 30 days of the initial sign up as indicated by the customer.
