Despite what is mentioned in this review, the customer's account was successfully canceled. The customer contacted us on Thursday, June 12, 2025, and we were able to assist them with the cancelation as well as go through the process of how they can receive a courtesy refund for a recent charge. Sadly, no integrity…Jeremy. , for all the many programs & specials & individuals speaking on ‘seeking highest ideals’ personally & corporately….in the USA & even the world….your company does not even even support honesty & transparency in communication & customer service. Being top dog & greed shout loudly. Hypocracy. Not humorous. After signing up with a ‘president’s week special’ I immediately changed my mind as after I could not locate a specific program I was most interested in- so I clicked ‘upgrade my membership’ to read if perhaps if it was included in that package, and it immediately my account was charged-with no way to ‘go back’. So now I have been charged $249 with no one to contact for what is legally within the ‘3 day cool off policy’ to get a refund. Despite what is mentioned in this review, this former member was refunded fully, so this review is not completely accurate. The former member purchased a subscription on February 20, 2025, and upgraded that same day for an additional charge. The member then called us on February 21, 2025, and was granted a full refund for both of these charges. After paying for your paid subscription services none of your movies will stream past 11 seconds. I am only able to watch your tv shows, no movies. I have reached out to your company via ******** and your website with zero response. Additionally, I was advertised an $11mo premium in one annual payment, when processed I was charged $14mo annualized, why are you dealer advertising your prices? Why does your streaming service only begin to fail after you charge customers credit cards? Absolutely horrible customer service response. I have messaged your company giving you 48 hours to reply and correct your issues before I report your false advertised pricing to my credit card provider and debiting back your premium for failing to provided the e goods and services you charged me for.Daily Wire

While this member did contact us regarding their issues regarding this subscription, all our memberships are considered a final sale after purchase and this was relayed to the member in our correspondence. This member agrees at the initial sign-up by selecting a checkbox saying they agreed to the terms. This member is able to watch our content in a variety of ways and we do not promise access through every platform. That being said, we did extend this member's subscription time in for the inconvenience experienced on this device. Very disappointed in this company. I’ve been a supporter of theirs for years, but will not be anymore. My wife bought an annual subscription in 2023 for the sole purpose of having access to BentKey. We’ve never had access to it, and she has never been able to login to her account. The app seems to be riddled with glitches.
Their customer service non-existent, so we chalked it up as a loss, and have been waiting for the email they said we would get 10 days prior to renewing our subscription, to cancel. They never sent that email but instead just charged us $162 without any prior notification, email, or invoice, and of course it’s non-refundable.
This is the one company that I would have expected to have more integrity than using scam business tactics like that.
As the sole provider for a family of eight, having $162 taken without warning, less than a month before Christmas, is a real kick to the gut.Daily Wire

Signed up for a years service. Very poor quality streaming, very choppy with pausing alot. I don't have this issue with any other service. I contacted them and they say it doesn't stream well on ******* tvs. They refuse to refund my money.Daily Wire

I wanted to purchase gift subscription for my son for Christmas. It was advertised as 47% off on headline on ****** with the code Fight. Page by page to get to the gift subscription page, it shows the regular price. When I finally find the place to put in, I am looking to see if I can use the code. You have to enter CC info and recipient to get to the page and find out about code. So I put info in so that I can hit the section for have an offer code. I put Fight in and instead of saying that it does not apply to gift subscriptions, it rolls right past the button for purchase membership and charges my card full price. It should have popped up and said it does not apply and I would have dropped out right then.
When I get the bot on chat and ask for real person, same ol crap of no refunds after purchase. I ask for real person to explain that they have technical issue and someone claims to be real person and says same ol company bullcrap again. I ask for phone number and they basically ignore me and say there is nothing that they can do.
Had to search internet for Better business bureaus and someone else had posted the phone number. Had many complaints on that side for same type of issues. Then I see some responses from Daily Wire.
I have been sitting on hold for almost an hour while I am typing this. Not sure how the reviews below are positive for help when you can't find phone number on their own site and sit on the phone until you get up.
Though, I am fan of the owners, this is ridiculous and would not recommend anyone buying a subscription.Daily Wire

Despite this review, our Membership Experience team was able to apply this promotion code to the current gift account and the member received a one-time customer courtesy discount for this gift. This specific promotion was not applicable to gift memberships and during sign up is listed multiple times prior to purchase. UPDATE: When I wrote this review, I was unable to find a customer complaint phone number listed anywhere on the website. I had to go through chat and it would not give me an actual number to call. Got no help from the BOT.
**** would not cancel though it was pending because their policy won't allow them to address issues until charge is posted.
Finally started to search internet and found a phone number on another person's complaint at BBB.
I called and had to wait 55 minutes to get a representative, but they were able to fix problem. They state above that price was listed multiple times prior to purchase.
It was on the several pages that it took to find gift subscription. BUT, First page and internet website posts said that new subscribers could get 47% discount using code FIGHT. It did say that gift subscriptions were exempt anywhere in the follow up pages. There was also the link below all credit card info asking if you had a code. I put info in to be able to see if you could use code. Instead of saying it was not accepted, it ran right past that without HITTING PURCHASE BUTTON AND CHARGED THE CARD.
So they did make it right BUT they made it sound like this was my fault rather than their system problem.. The rep told me that they were inundated with calls and trying to fix it.Review fromJen D

I tried to listen to an episode but the background music (if you can call it that) is very distracting. Ben speaks so fast and with the background noise it’s hard to focus and hear what he is saying.

1 starI signed up for a year .. never really used it past 2023 watching lady ballers and to get the walrus for my grandaughter.. I log in as I see an ad to sign up for $7 a month .. and think.. oh good deal ...and get asked to update my card.. which I kindly do and next thing I know I am charged 400.00 canadian dollars.. all I wanted to do was cancel my subscription and was enticed by the 7.00 a month charge.. and BOOM before I have a chance to breathe I am out 400 dollars...and when I went to talk to customer service as soon as I tell the bot its about a subscription .... I get automatically NO REFUNDS' .... I mean it was due october 18th this is November 2nd and at least I want to downgrade .. and so I try to talk to a human being .. he tells me to refer to the refund policy ... and then basically tells me I am out of luck and buh bye .. I am closing the chat .... Absolutely disgusting customer service I mean considering it was only 2 weeks and I have never logged in .. I checked my email as well and NO NOTICE that my membership was due or my credit card was out of date or that it was auto renewal ... I would have at least appreciated an offer to downgrade but once they get your money .. they don't care ... really disappointed.. I thought DW was a place of integrity .... boy was I wrong .. everyone can make a mistake and this one cost me $400 dollars?????? I am canadian so its waaay more than they advertise.. Never realized they profit off of people's nativity ... So word to the wise .. don't use this service... it will cost you dearly and NOTHING is worth 400 dollars a year for ANY channel ... .especially not this one .. I was just getting all I needed off of ******* .. absolutely disgusting .. .and of course.. the response here will be "Oh well check the refund policy" .... I have such a bad taste in my mouth ...
